I like cheese, whether it is provolone, Swiss, cheddar, mozzarella, etc. But considering that I am in Wisconsin, it might be no big surprise.

As for cheeses, I like provolone, but pepper jack and marble jack are better, in my mind (well, my taste buds, anyways). I like something that's going to be tasted, no matter what. Hence why I've yet to buy "American cheese".

I agree COMPLETELY. I really really don't like cheese, with few exceptions (Parmesian in salad, cheese on pizza, small amounts of cheese in largely non-cheesy dishes, Kraft Dinner (which we all know ain't cheese ) and a few others), and I am rather unfond of most sandwiches, unless they're on baguette or that pseudo-baguette that Subshops use. OTOH, I like wraps and stuff with sandwich contents (unless its cheese), I just don't really like much bread.

So, he's not crazy. And most importantly, I'm not crazy! There are people on the internetz who agree with me!
