You should have grabbed the feat that gives you more usage of your pimp slapping hand.

I was thinking about taking that one in two levels. I felt that it was more important to increase the potency of crits so that only epic self pity regen could counter it when I finally landed nat 20.

Maybe, I still think you can squeeze in the ability to pierce the armor of deny reality that most people in that situation have. It's just such a hassle to deal with otherwise, the armor-piercing slap seems NEEDED.

I go for the slap because it has a 20% chance of being treated as a touch attack that bypasses the delusion bonus to AC, but it only allows 1/2 my Int bonus to damage and I get a ton of aggro for it. I figure that since I don't get paid per attempt, I may as well make it so that when I can land a solid hit, it sticks. In the meantime, I get the fun of playing pin the palm on the stupidface.

Careful with those touch attacks. Legal Protection has been taking some serious nerfing over the years and the stacks are now so few the buff is bordering uselessness.

It's a calculated risk I'm willing to take for the greater good. After all, with high RTPS (reasonable thoughts per second) typically proving to be a wasteful and ineffective tactic in the fight against pathetic personalities, someone has to step up and lay down the StSs (save to sucks)!
