Re: The Q's Comic Review (Fancomic Writers Please Read!)
Why do I get the feeling that this comic is seriously overshadowing my other comic, Smooth Moves?
Anyway, new review.

P.S:I'm doing the reviews, more or less, in the order I am given permission. I may skip a review and come back to it I need to, but I highly doubt that will ever be nessesary. I even read Rob and Jack to the end before the deadline. Still, I might just mix it up once and a while to surprise all of you!
There is a list of whose given permission to review, which is the list I will be reviewing them in as well, on the first post.

In informal language, the words alcohol and ethanol are often used as synonyms.
You don't like money as a motivation, Q? That will be interesting when you review my comic, as a lack of money is what sets the things in motion.Last edited by Ichneumon; 2009-11-20 at 02:13 PM.

Re: The Q's Comic Review (Fancomic Writers Please Read!)
All seems pretty fair to me based on what you've seen. First point in panel 3 is less fair once you know where this is going, but yeah, so far. Updates are actually gonna be back starting Nov 30th, so Ill be taking on board everything you've said.
Cheers though, made me chuckle.

Why not just make jokes about Scribblenauts? The same thing, really. It's been a bit, GitP. If you're reading this, you're either digging through old stuff, or I've posted for the first time in forever.

Re: The Q's Comic Review (Fancomic Writers Please Read!)
Permission to tell me how much I suck granted. Comic link is in my sig, unless you need a comic with a certain number of strips before you'll do it. (Although as of this post, I'm at 18 strips, which is decent for the short lifespan of the comics in this section.)

Re: The Q's Comic Review (Fancomic Writers Please Read!)
But it's obvious that Neorice puts a lot of effort into the comic's original art and has actual spriting talent. It's not like he copy and pasted a bunch of Sonic sprites and saved them in jpeg, font set on comic sans.
I can understand people not liking digital art but... This is the Order of the Stick forum.Last edited by T-O-E; 2009-12-04 at 04:11 PM.

Re: The Q's Comic Review (Fancomic Writers Please Read!)
Oh, I love digital art. As for sprites, I highly respect people who actually draw original characters and are good at it, however, using sprite art in comics doesn't appeal to me, and actually puts me off, even if the story itself is good. And art doesn't usualy put me off comics.

Re: The Q's Comic Review (Fancomic Writers Please Read!)
Thanks for the review man, glad you approve of the comic that much.
Although I'm currently on a short break to focus on the artwork for my game, I do hope to deal with the points of criticism by you and others as soon as possible, as I do want to make my comic as good as possible.
But I'm glad to see that what I've produced so far is seen in a positive light.
