Your 15 on knowledge nature will give you some information, how useful it is at the moment is something else entirely.

These trees are different even from the tropical trees you've come across in descriptions of people's travels. It seems to be an entirely unique system. Those lizards are certainly not from any area you've been to.

The wood from the trees is light, yet very strong. Most likely, this area has extreme storms on occasion. Based on the amount of deadwood, and how old it is, one of those storms was fairly recent.

Numerous unusual sounds continue to come from deep within the jungle. However, the dense foliage distorts the sound significantly. As you're searching through the wood, you see a number of small reddish-brown lizards scurry out and into the jungle areas.

"Well from what I've read this wood should be strong, if anyone knows how to make a shelter we would probably be best off staying here, otherwise I have no idea what would be best."

*looks at the big pile of wood*

eh... I guess if we just prop it all up against a tree or something, it'll be a roof for the time being. if anyone has some rope or something, we might be able to tie something up, maybe make it a bit stronger. We're not looking for perfection right now, I figure. And prime, for the time being, you should you know... sit down maybe? looks like if you sneeze too hard you'll fall apart on us.

*sighs, and has a "what have I gotten myself into" kind of look on his face*
