Indeed. Better yet: Absolutely nothing of importance or value is going on in these comics, and it would be best to just give up on me advancing the story until I say otherwise.

I've already determined how i'm gonna end the chapter. Once Chapter 8 ends, i'll virtually be rebooting the story. Not a total reboot per say, since everything that's happened in the last FOUR HUNDRED PLUS comics has canonically occurred, let's just say i'm kicking the story into overdrive mode, and everything you know about everything from the last four hundred comics you can just plain forget about. You don't HAVE to, of course, but I found 'twas a good THREE YEARS of testing the waters.

Put more simply and in storytelling terms, Act One ends with Chapter 8, and Act 2 begins with Chapter 9.

I'm assuming this means there's either gonna be a lot more silly moments or a lot more stone-cold serious moments. I'm thinking the latter since they're about as rare as a dodo bird here.

Okay, I'm going to admit right away I haven't been keeping up with this in a while (I haven't been keeping up with ANY fancomic, not even my favourite ones) but I just thopught I'd pop my head in and see how it goes.

Okay, WAY too long a wait. Not due to writers block, just RL got unbelievably busy. Should be good from this point onward though.

And...my present thoughts on the new Pokemon Black and White that just got released.

It's not so much that Pokemon sucks per say, it's just that it's been done over and over and hasn't changed from it's original formula. And once you hit third generation the pokemon became more and more ridiculous.

Red and Blue was awesome, Gold and Silver was great, but at Ruby and Sapphire I just gave up. Of course, good timing. The reviews came out, and people got sick of the same old game over and over again.

And then on another forum someone found leaked pictures of the next 3 starters. My initial reaction was WTF, mainly because Snivy looks like a smug rich bastard, and Oshawott looks really freakin' stupid.

To my actual suprise though, the reviews came in giving B&L pretty damn good reviews. Mostly, because it's actually plot-driven, though it still kinda annoys me that Team Rocket's been replaced...again. I still won't get the game, mainly because I don't have a DS, but still...these are just my thoughts.

Why is Kayl still being referred to as an it? She's had boobs from chapter one, and even if she were androgynous, they would mentally assign a gender to her and use it.

I've played blue, silver, ruby, and pearl. I think I'd have to say ruby/sapphire and gold/silver are probably the best out of the batch that I've played.

And to answer your question, Powers doesn't like Kayl, it's unlikely he'd refer to anyone using androgynous pronouns that don't double as third person plural.

Also, there's way too many freakin' pokemon. I looked it up and apparently there is indeed 649. For this reason, expect another God Pokemon to come out of it.
