'Villain' is a relative term. Everybody is a protagonist in CoN, with their own goals and stories. However, if you mean 'bad guy', as in a guy who does stuff most will regard as evil, then fine.
As for your actual question...

Actually, not quite true. The swordfight between me and doomer should be happening later on in the plot, and grim chasing you should be on the start. After all, didn't he say it was still a preview?

It seems that Grim has more than enough good guys to challenge to honourable swordfights... Doomer, you and Fin, if he will show up. And also whoever else in the resistance might be using swords

Meh, grim is not above using firearms and spell protection

Besides, ballistic vest and little luck could well get him in close combat range, at which point sporting a rifle would be rather useless. Or he could always, you know, summon heavy weaponary and shoot the crap out of anyone not having enough honour and guts to face him in one-to-one close combat. After all, if they are honourless why should he be more honour-bound?

Xart is somewhere on the airship, probably in one of the cabins with the other team good members. I left him out since he's sort of vanished since his intro comic, so I wasn't sure if he was sticking around in FFF:r or not. *shrugs*
