    When Lawful institutions rise to domination, they incur many enemies, just as any other ruling power. However, the actions of particularly audacious and unstable rulers can result in a particularly fervent band of rebels, known as the gabaudae. Originally mere citizens dissatisfied with the means of their sovereign's rule, the bagaudae cause eventually focused on unique magical arts to hone the senses, breeding a new class of guerilla warriors who fight tooth and nail against every aspect of Lawful elite.

    Hit Die: d6
    Requirements: To qualify to become a bagaudae, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.
    Alignment: Any Chaotic
    Feats: Point Blank Shot
    Skills: Knowledge (Arcana) 7 Ranks
    Spells: Ability to cast 2nd-level arcane spells.

    Class Skills
    The bagaudae’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Appraise (Int), Balance (Dex), Bluff (Cha), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Disable Device (Int), Disguise (Cha), Escape Artist (Dex), Gather Information (Cha), Hide (Dex), Jump (Str), Knowledge (arcana) (Int), Listen (Wis), Move Silently (Dex), Open Lock (Dex), Profession (Wis), Search (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), Sleight of Hand (Dex), Speak Language (None), Spellcraft (Int), Spot (Wis), and Tumble (Dex).
    Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 4 + Int Modifier

    Class Features
    All the following are class features of the bagaudae prestige class.

    Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Bagaudae gain no proficiency with any weapon or armor.

    Spells per Day: When a new bagaudae level is gained, the character gains new spells per day (and spells known, if applicable) as if he had also gained a level in whatever arcane spellcasting class in which he could cast 2nd-level spells before he added the prestige class level. He does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. If a character had more than one arcane spellcasting class in which he could cast 2nd-level spells before he became a bagaudae, he must decide to which class he adds each level of bagaudae for the purpose of determining spells per day.

    Chimeric Senses (Su): Bagaudae are skilled at tricking the mind to achieve greater feats, and a 1st level bagaudae adds his Intelligence modifier to Listen and Spot checks. In addition, all forms of vision available to the bagaudae double in distance.

    Improvisation (Ex): Starting at first level, a bagaudae receives a number of Improvisation Points equal to his bagaudae level plus his Intelligence modifier each day. He may spend these points (usually as a swift action, but see each ability for details) to activate abilities gained by an Improvisational Ability class feature. In order to recover Improvisation Points, he must rest for eight hours (but he may recover his Improvisation at the same time he recovers his spellcasting). A human bagaudae couples these Improvisation points with those gained from his racial Improvisation feature and from bard levels.

    Improvisational Ability (Ex): At 1st level and every odd level thereafter (3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th), a bagaudae gains a new method of using his Improvisation, chosen from the list below. An Improvisational Ability costs one Improvisation point to activate, and uses the kind of action specified in its description.

    Clanker Breaker: A bagaudae can activate this ability as an immediate action to overcome a construct’s resistance to critical hits or sneak attacks.

    Force o' Nature: A bagaudae can activate this ability as a swift action to jump straight backwards 10 feet into an unoccupied square after making a successful hit with a ranged weapon. Attacks of opportunity are provoked as normal.

    Frantic Dash: A bagaudae can activate this ability as a swift action to gain a 30 ft insight bonus to his base land speed or a 10 ft insight bonus to all forms of movement for one round.

    Lucky Shot: A bagaudae can activate this ability as a swift action to gain a luck bonus on his next attack roll equal to his Charisma modifier.

    Mind Freak: A bagaudae can activate this ability as an immediate action to add his Intelligence modifier to his next Will save.

    Nice Try: A bagaudae can activate this ability as an immediate action to gain a luck bonus to his AC equal to his Charisma modifier after avoiding an attempted melee attack. This bonus lasts until the bagaudae's next turn.

    To the Skies: A bagaudae can activate this ability as an immediate action to perform a second jump check immediately following a successful jump. This double jump is made at twice the normal skill DC.

    Trick Knee: A bagaudae can activate this ability as an immediate action to quickly fall to the ground to avoid a melee or ranged attack and add his Charisma modifier as a luck bonus to his AC. However, the bagaudae falls prone after attempting this ability, regardless of the result.

    Whiplash: A bagaudae can activate this ability as an immediate action to make one turn of up to 90 degrees during a charge. All other restrictions on charges still apply.

    Pinpoint (Ex): By 2nd level, a bagaudae can make use of his uncanny senses to hit marks from a further distance away than the normal archer. At 2nd level and every 4th level thereafter (6th and 10th) a bagaudae add an additional 10 ft range increment to all ranged weapons he is proficient with. In addition, a this bonus to range increment is applied to distance required to use point blank shot.

    Collector (Ex): At 4th level, a bagaudae has learned to live off what he can carry off his back, and can utilize that space to add his Intelligence modifier to his Carrying Capacity. In addition, a bagaudae gains a bonus on Sleight of Hand checks made to conceal a weapon equal to his Charisma modifier.

    Social Schism (Ex): By 8th level, a bagaudae has felt the social effects of a life rebelling from all things orderly. He gains an insight bonus equal to his bagaudae level on Sense Motive checks against Lawful creature and on Diplomacy checks against Chaotic ones.

    Mirage Mind (Su): Upon reaching 10th level, a bagaudae has perfected his personal mastery of the senses and can apply it to other beings. A bagaudae automatically ignores all insight bonus granted to AC, saving throws, or temporary hit points against an opponent, as well as attacks made against a bagaudae.

    Make mirage mind work against all insight bonuses, including incoming attacks enhanced by them. Then it's a worthwhile capstone. I haven't read the rest yet.
