What I did, when creating a new thread, was to post the OP with only one line:
Please do not post here until I say so.
Then the second post would say the same thing, and so on.
Once all posts were in place, I'd edit the info into them, starting at the top. Once the last post was edited in, I'd add a line at the bottom of it telling people that it was OK to post now.
