Anton is bewildered by the events unfolding. Having never left the relative safety of the bigger cities and towns, his thoughts are scattered. What is going on here? Elementals... strange blue walls, lions with beads for eyes. I'm surrounded by these strange people, but some of them seem to have done this sort of thing before... Elementals!? I haven't the slightest clue how to deal with one of those... He tries to shake himself out of it, and be useful. Following the group down the corridor of the green lion, Anton tries to keep alert and waits for an opportunity to be helpful.

...Hopefully without having to fight something.

Errkor, apparently ignoring the rst of the group, inspects the runes on the walls, seeing if his knowledge of magics can help his discern their meaning.

Hm? Oh, nothing... I'm fine. I just... um... I think I've found myself in the middle of one of grandpa's crazy stories, is all. Strange dungeons and monsters and all filled with magic. Never really thought it could actually happen, ya know?

Poking at the floor in front of the door begins a bit of a cascade as the ground in front of you gives way . Directly in front of you now is a 10 foot by 10 foot pit with sharpened stakes at the bottom 15 feet below you .

"What would you do without me, master of mind, muscle and skill" Gundushel speaks mockingly "Lets think about crossing that later, if something is aggressive on the other side, we will have trouble retreating.." With that, he heads towards the yellow dog room.

Alton follows closely, a look of awe clearly reflected in his face. "My master always spoke of the great things dwarfs can do. To see it in action...wow. How did you figure out the color sequence? I'm still trying to piece that one out."

Gundushel frowns "Children should be able to figure that out.. You never got to paint in your life? Starting from red, if you mix it with blue, you get purple, so next to red there is purple, and then blue. Blue and yellow gives you green, and yellow with red gives you orange."

Opening the door in the yellow eyed lions corridor you see a huge murial on the far wall . A simple rural setting has many animals being tended by a farmer, a river with a bridge with a small child fishing with a net and a cottage .

Gundushel slowly approaches the mural and examines it closely. His first attempt is laying the canvas with the key painting over the cottage.

As you place the keyhole over the door of the cottage , it becomes somehow more real and the keyhole melds with the door .

Anton looks over. Locked? Don't suppose we have a key, do we? He walks over and studies the door. Looks ordinary enough, I think, 'cept for the part where it's in a painting. He produces a couple of small, finely crafted tools. Can magical locks be picked? Guess we'll find out... He sets to work, carefully.

Watching Anton go to work on the painted lock, Shay nods his head in unspoken agreement with the idea.

"If the lock can't be picked, I would guess the key is located elsewhere in the dungeon. We may need to draw a key with the ink, but I might save that option until we're desperate, lest we waset the ink or otherwise ruin our way forward accidentally."

For all intents and purposes it seems a fairly ordinary lock , you take your time over the mechanism and are eventually rewarded with a satisfying click noise .
