Quinn's eyes widen, and she smiles, nodding eagerly. Leaning up to try and catch Tobas' lips with hers...

"Could we? I'd love that."

Toby is kissed and shifts lower down so he can better snuggle against Quinn. Then we will.

[The Bushranger]

"Thanks. Love you..."

Quinn yawns and starts to drift off to sleep again, snuggling closer to Tobias' side, and smiling happily.

[FireFox]

Love you more. He kisses her head again, then settles back to wach over her.

(Infirmary)

Quinn smiles a little, but any retort is stimied by her drifting off to sleep.

Toby is awake, if he ever actually slept, and checks that Jamie is still safe before checking Quinn.

Jamie seems to be poking the deadtimed Crodelus with her paintbrush!

Quinn wakes up, and smiles up at Tobias. "Why hello, my handsome love."

[FireFox]

Who? Toby looks over his shoulder at the, presumably empty, infirmary.

Quinn giggles and leans up to kiss his cheek. "Nobody I can imagine. Of course I don't have to since he's right here."

[FireFox]

Toby smiles and kisses her cheek back before gently taking out her IV lines. Come on, let's go get some food.

[The Bushranger]

"That sounds like a good plan to me."
Quinn stands, glances out the window at Jamie, grins, then kisses Toby's cheek again as they head for the kitchen.

[FireFox]

Toby takes her hand, and starts rummaging around the kitchen to fix up a dinner for them both.

Quinn sits on the counter and watches him with a smile.

Tobias tries his hand at making a pizza, and figures out the oven quickly enough to just toss in a frozen one.

[The Bushranger]

Quinn almost helps him out, but decides it's more fun just to watch him flail around with it. So that's what she does. Giggling a little.

He doesn't flail! He eyes the complicated bit of machinery, analyzes the different buttons on top, and rereads the instructions a few times, but he gets there without looking like a big fool!

[The Bushranger]

And that means Quinn sneaks up behind Tobias to hug him at the moment he stands there feeling proud of himself?

"I knew that big nasty piece of techology wouldn't stymie you for long." She giggles.

Sure.
He scowls, not that she can see. I could have always heated it up with magic...

[The Bushranger]

"Then why didn't you?" Quinn asks, sounding very amused, and resting her head on his shoulder from behind.

[FireFox]

Because keeping one spot heated enough to a precise degree for a few minutes takes more magical effort than I particularly want to spend right now, sweetie.

[The Bushranger]

"I see." Quinn blushes a little, giggles, and kisses Tobias' ear before letting go. "Would the big strong magic druid care for a drink?"

[FireFox]

Toby immediately turns around so he can kiss Quinn. Sure.

And she kisses him back, happily, before pulling away, winking, and going to prepare two tall drinks.

Toby watches the preparation of the drinks very closely, out of habit of course.

[The Bushranger]

Of course.

And having fixed two margaritas, Quinn turns and hands one to Toby with a grin. "There you go, dear."

Toby grins and takes a quick drink to drown the Jimmy Buffett song threatening to break out.
Presumably the pizza is done, so he takes that out and cuts it up too.

Cheeseburger in Paradise?

Quinn sets up the table and fixes a third glass of orange juice before calling the paint-splattered Jamie in from outside to join them for a family dinner.

Pencil Thin Mustache?

Toby kisses both his girls, then sits down and deadtimes during the meal.

[The Bushranger]

Jamie hugs her daddy tight, and they sit on either side of him as they enjoy a quiet, peaceful meal together.

Awwww.
