That was expected, actually. And amusing.
The friend whose party is was likes yellow. A lot. As you can see from his plaid yellow shirt, yellow hat, yellow iPod case, etc. (he's on the right edge of the picture)

The real reason is that he has an app that allows him to make a shoop da whoop out of any picture he takes. Of course, the face is rather small and it doesn't allow resizing, so I had the idea to have my mouth fire its lazor. Or something in my mouth fire its lazor. And, to do so, made that face while he took my picture.
