"I like real sandwiches better, but I don't mind these," she says, taking a sandwich, and eating it slowly.

She eats it slowly because she's not hungry.

Garth chuckles. " These are sandwiches. Peanut butter jelly sandwiches. " He says and eats his fairly quickly.

He notices that she isn't eating hers very much. " Do you not like it or are you just not hungry? "

Tomris decides not to lie.
She takes another bite, then says, "I am eating it."

She then chews the bite, then swallows, before taking another.

Garth shrugs. " Alright. Whatever. " He finishes his sandwich.

Then he yawns. He's getting sleepy.

Tomris finishes her sandwich as well; I guess Garth must have been eating really slowly as well.

She doesn't yawn, though, because she isn't tired.

" Well it's been nice meeting you Tamris, but I'm going to go to sleep. " He says and yawns again.

He waves goodbye and then Garth goes to his bed to sleep.

"Same," Tomris says with a nod to Garth. "Goodnight."

She watches as he leaves.

And off he goes to the bed.

And he falls asleep.

Wonder if anything will happen to him.

Zamira and Shrike probably arrive back here now.

Wait, you mean you're not offline yet?

Oh, sorry.

Well...nothing happens to him, sorry. However, the fox is dead now, Jim. She's dead.

And it's so sad, that the skies mourn and the thunder clashes.

Wow... thunders over a dead fox? Man, you think you do something innocent and it turns out to kill a fox that may or may not haunt you.


Anyways...

Garth wakes up during the thunder storm. He rubs his eyes and looks outside. He shakes his head and tries to go back to sleep. For whatever reason he can't and so goes to whittle something in front of the fire place.

Hey. I can make it thunder whenever I want. I made it thunder when Kristin fell from the heavens and died upon impact with the ice, and I can do it now.
(Speaking of which, I should put her in my 'list of characters who have died' in the OoC thread)

The fox shimmers as the rain falls lightly on the body, and something glowy comes out.

...It's a fox ghost, which soon disappears.

And, unless someone can stop ghosts from walking around, then she'll arrive where Garth is, hopefully next post.

Okay, okay. (note to self, do not make Je mad, will most likely get struck by lightning)

Hmm... Whittle, whittle, whittle away because you can not sleep.

Garth starts to whittle into the wood... a... dog... or possibly a wolf... or maybe a fox...

(No, I don't hit people with lightning.) (So, no worries.)

Garth, if he looks up at the window, could possibly see a woman with a pale complexion and a look about her, staring in his window, standing in the rain.

...
She also has a fox tail, and fox ears. And she looks kinda ghosty, in case you couldn't guess.

Garth doesn't notice her at first, but after a few minutes he glances up and then back down. He does a double take and jumps a bit the knife he was using falling to the ground.

He blinks and rubs his eyes and then looks out the window again. Maybe it was just the light playing tricks on him? Or maybe Garth was just going insane? Maybe it's just another ghost?

Garth is hoping that it's one of these.

The lightning flashes, and she's gone again. No longer under the rain, no longer in view.

Then, the thunder rumbles once again, a final time. However, the light rain will continue for a bit longer.

Garth rubs his eyes and shakes his head again. " I must have been more tired than I thought. " He says and picks up his knife.

Garth puts the knife away and decides to see if he can go asleep again. He can but it's a little restless.

And I'm going to go now. Bye!

The gentle rain should help him go to sleep.

Bye! I'll save the ghost-fox-foxylady for another time!

Zamira and Shrike probably arrive back here now.

Indeed they do, Shrike looking about for anything different from when they left. Threat assessment, and all that.

Garth is up and about. He's practicing his sword fighting out in a clearing not far from the main lodge.

Zamira grins. So, what do you want to do now?

[The Bushranger]

Shrike grins back after watching Garth for a two minutes. "Well, we could watch the show," she says to Zamira, waving in Garth's direction.

Oh, we could do that. I do have some stuff in mind after that, though...

Zamira grins wickedly.

Garth tosses his broadsword in the air and does a punch and kick combo. Then on the way down Garth grabs his sword and plunges it in the ground. Then he spins around keeping his grip on it and does a full arcing slashing pulling it out of the ground and almost plunging it back in again.

He then takes a proper fighting stance and takes a second breather and then continues to slash again.

"I can't possibly imagine what," Shrike observes, chuckling, and wincing as Garth drives his sword into the ground. "That's gonna dull the blade..."

Hey! They have a D&D party! Druid/Psychopath, Paladin/Psychopath, Rogue/Psycopath, and... err... Smurf/The one person who is the reasonable one in the group.

Nah, Toby is so manipulative, he's pretty much a full Druid/Sociopath. But yeah, they should totally go adventuring and get us more shipping fuel treasure and loot.

Toby sticks close to Quinn like the good little whipped boy that he is.

And more Telepath Who Can Keel You With Her Mind/Mama Bear in Quinn's case.

Quinn slips her arm around Tobias and rests her head against him as they walk up to the campsite, threatening to turn anybody who looks at them to mush from the sappy display.

And Garth is still practicing... though he finishes up now.

He takes his sword and looks it over. Garth then wipes his brow and heads for the main lodge to get his wet stone and sharpen his sword.
