The bag of pepper lands squarely in Fluffy's mouth, causing him to inhale it.

Ouch.

Instead of making him sneeze since it didn't go into his nose, it causes him to go into a coughing fit, spewing out the already formed acid cloud out at Ark, who should be rather close. Since it caught him halfway through, the acid is a bit weaker, and the cloud less dense, but still able to burn flesh and sting the eyes if not actually hurt.

"Why? The fight would be boring, short, and incredibly one-sided if he wasn't using magic." Ba'al grins at Acacia, "Why, it'd be so short, you wouldn't even have time to eat your popcorn!"

Ark ignores the burning pain and tries to uppercut Fluffy.

He's hitting him with the same amount of strength that it took to stop Fluffy's charge.

This stuff burns!

Fluffy's constant coughing makes it hard for Ark to hit him, so his head is easily out of reach most of the time. When he finally gets a hold of himself, he tries to grab Ark, immune to his own acid as he reaches through the cloud.

When Ark misses He turns invisible again. He waits for the acid cloud to dissipate. And a empty potion bottle hits the ground a ways away from Fluffy.

The crowd starts booing loudly. Whatever side they are on, invisibility is not fun for spectators.

One of the other off-duty Imperials suddenly looks rather pissed when Ark pulls the Shoryuken. "Hey! I played that game!" He starts booing rather loudly.

The two soldiers that were looking over at where Yamako is, though... One gets up to go a bit closer and get a better look, and then starts yelling. "Sniper!" The off-duty Imperials immediately go to take cover behind the arena seats, drawing laser pistols that they're evidently still allowed to carry while off-duty.

"****!" she drops the rifle, and starts running away from the guards, and leaps up to a higher level of the arena

It's going to take a while as the first acid cloud is just dissipating. In the mean time, Fluffy rises up a bit and sniffs the air, trying to find Ark's scent so he can smash the puny mage.

(Ark is mainly waiting to be able to attack without having to be inside the acid)

If He can attack without having to go through the cloud, Ark Abundant Steps (very short range insta-teleport) and tries the Shryuken again.

If he can't Ark runs away from the cloud, he can be tracked.

The crowd yells and starts throwing things in the direction of the fleeing sniper. They don't appreciate matches being rigged, unless they're in on it.

Most of his bulk is outside the acid cloud (20meters tall, remember?), even if his head is still above it and Fluffy seems to have a bit of a problem tracking anything as the pepper is burning still. Lets hope that Ark can avoid the swishing tail though.

The Imperials, unfortunately, are quite vulnerable to the smoke grenades, not having the usual helmets or anything else that would mitigate the coughing or not-being-able-to-see issues.

So, the smoke grenades do their job rather nicely.

Soon chanting starts in one section, and quickly spreads, until the whole arena is chanting.

Ba'al sighs and clicks his fingers, disappearing...

And reappearing in front of the exit Yamako is running towards. "Halt."

Abruptly, for no apparent reason and with no apparent warning, two brightly feathered velociraptors leap out of the shadows near Ba'al and Yamako, intent on latching onto the sides of their faces.

The Imperials manage to recover from the smoke grenade and head to the exit after Yamako, likely finding her and Ba'al as they are now.

...and velcociraptors. "Shoot those things!" The raptors are liable to be hit with laser pistol fire by the seven Imperials now.

The blow lands and breaks off one of Fluffy's tusks, causing him to go back a step and whimper. He'd liked that one! And it hurt...

He glares at where Ark should be and growls, his eyes and scales slowly turning red as he begins to rage...

Ba'al nimbly dodges back from the knee...

And then he finds himself with a velociraptor on his face. He grits his teeth and attempts to grab and crush the velociraptor's neck, momentarily using his full strength.
