I am sure that whoever is in charge of hell goes by a case-by-case basis.

In such a case, I am pretty sure, even in the plea of insanity, they would haul this guy in. There was a similarly "insane" character of mine from last RP that did horrible, horrible things after losing the chance to fight his Captain on fair terms, but that doesn't excuse anything he did.

I'm going to disagree with you Strawberry. I think being insane does reduce your moral culpability.

However, my reasoning would require your character to still pretty much be insane, so it still doesn't justify him.

Again, I'm rewriting anyway. For the most part, I guess I can come up with a different background, a different kind of vice (potentially more than one), and a reason to keep the guy looking partially the same.

Are there any rules that say you go to Soul Society with exactly the same age you died, or is it possible to pseudo-reincarnate?

It's not so much changing the shikai as fully explaining what it does. And Bankai, if he has it.

Creating a bunch of weapons doesn't seem that broken to me as long as he continues to have 2 arms.

He was an extremely talented heart surgeon whom had never lost a patient in 25 years of his career. However, one day, a mishap caused him to lose his cool, and subsequently his patient. He drank himself into a stupor, and ended up losing his family, friends, and everyone near to him, dying alone. Then he decided to haunt the hospital he used to work in, which is why he attracted Shinigami attention. He went to Soul Society, but for some reason, upon getting there, he lost his memories of his previous life, and reincarnated as a child. I'm not sure how to add a turning point to make him into a blood knight from there, but I'm getting there.

I was waiting for you to move your character there. At the time, there was only Nero Abel - I would've filed him under Mortals, for the same reason I filed Caerwyn under Soul Society. Now that there are more, I might bother to give S.W.O.R.D. its own spoiler tags.

Which brings to mind: is Samsara going anywhere, or should I just remove it? No characters have cropped up in the registry, at least.

Blonde hair that's slightly white on the ends, from a freak accident in her parent's lab, along with her red eyes. She keeps her hair up, in a Hawkeye-esque way, and her bangs fall slightly over her eyes. When at school, she wears the uniform. When she's doing her own thing she wears what she wears at sword, S.W.O.R.D, a black tuxedo, reminiscent of James Bond. She wears a set of earrings that function as Dials, and a watch that turns into something that looks like this claw in a battle, which doubles as a Tool. Her Weapon is attatched to her belt, in the form of a small cross. She also wears a belt with a skull buckle that looks like her hollow mask, which is an invention of her father's, that holds her suit.

The daughter of a certified Mad Scientist and his Evil Overlord wife, Aura is very good with gadgets. She brings S.W.O.R.D a lot of information about Criminal Activities, and helps them know who to look out for as a Hollow. Her underworld connections extend incredibly far over the planet, and she has spies in the Mafia, Yakuza, and most prominent mobs. When S.W.O.R.D wants to know what Hollows to look out for, she's the one they go to.

One time, her Mad Scientist father managed to create an artificial Espada. The Espada was then decided to be too powerful, and her father fused it into her, giving her access to her Vizard mask, and to a Zanpakuto.

Aura is incredibly light-hearted, and the exact opposite of what you would think of someone with two evil parents. She is quite popular, and often chatters on-and-on at school. But watch out for her outside of school. When Aura puts on the S.W.O.R.D uniform, all of that disappears, and she becomes a calculating, powerful opponent, who will not give into rage easily.

Name: "Zero"

Appearance: A man in a suit, with a bowler hat. He has a casual look about him, and is usually smoking a cigar.

Personality: Casual, and constantly grinning. He'll usually be at the Blackjack table in her inner world, trying to convince Aura to play a game.

Quote: "Waddaya say girlie, shall we play a game?"

Equipment:

Earrings: Her earrings constantly absorb spiritual energy around her, so she can quickly use it to fight, giving her mild boosts in speed and strength, which help immensely in precision fighting.

Watch: When her watch is released into her claw, she can then use the claw to fire Mid-Grade Ceros, Balas, and use Sonido to a moderate degree.

Belt: Her belt, when the buckle is turned, covers her in her S.W.O.R.D suit, which is bulletproof, fireproof, waterproof, and stainproof. This is incredibly useful against mortal opponents, but kind of worthless against Shinigami, as fire/water zanpakutos are spiritual energy, not normal energy.

Cross: When she uses her belt, her cross transforms into a longsword that appears to have a snake curling around the hilt, and has the picture of a spade stamped on both sides of the blade, facing diagonally.

I have a character for it, and they were made to be a low level threat for the mortal people. But I've been waiting for Callos to get his butt in gear and make the leader. I have a character for it at least. Just not on the reg.

I don't really care about the name, but I am just warning you. One of my characters from last game was named Nukari, and he did... well. Some very disgustingly evil and wrong things.

Terry, I'm under the impression that Living Vizards have no zanpakuto. Their "shikai equivalent" is their mask and whatever powers it gives, and they go for Resurreccion from there. If you want to have a sword, he'd need to be a Living Arrancar (sword to Resurreccion) or also a substitute Shinigami (probably overpowered).

Do we have/want a Quincy "History" or something for this game? I just thought of it and how we only sorta discussed it. I guess I'm becoming a major proponent of Quincies in this game.

My understanding was that if your soul was sinful enough in life, you didn't become just a spirit, you became a Hollow almost immediately upon death. This solves the "all Konso'd spirits go to Soul Society" problem, because sinful souls are never pluses, they just become Hollows and get sent to Hell when defeated by a Shinigami Zanpakuto.
