Look at the comic numbers at the top of the comics. The bubbles partially cover the numbers, but you can tell that they are not the correct ones. Click the arrow to the next comic to see. Comic 555 does NOT have a 5 for the last number. It's either a 2 or a 3. 585 has a 4 at the end.

That's a sombrero. A top hat is a very specific type of hat. (Edit: if you need an example, Fruit Pie the Sorceror is wearing one, though that's not the answer because he does not have a mustache.)

I'm guessing page three, panel 22 (the dragon in the robes and circle).

But it's a guess, so waiting for confirmation. I think the hardest part is trying to figure out what you mean by "look like a human". I went for "dressed up like a human", but there are lots of ways that can be interpreted.

Edit: In case I can't get back later, my question, after confirmation.
