Ude suddenly sits up, pushing aside the Sake.

"I must return to the 4th Headquarters to do my duty!"

Ude looks over at Ryou and Masaru.

"You two, come along. Bring the Sake as well. We will take Kyou-Chan out drinking with us afterwards!"

Rukon, Han's Steakhouse

Masaru sighs and shakes his head. He dug out money for his split of the meal.

"Don't forget to pay for your meal, Ude. You wouldn't want Greta to be disappointed in you, would you? I'll grab a fresh bottle on our way out."

Indeed, enough money was left from Masaru to fully cover another bottle of the restaurant's sake. Masaru goes over and quietly acquires the bottle, before joining his companions on their way out.

Ude - Rukon

Ude sighs, and coughs up his portion of the check, tapping his feet eagerly, and motioning for Ryou to move.

"Come on Ryou. A good doctor doesn't keep his patients waiting in pain!"

Ude's impassioned plea would have been much more convincing if it wasn't so clear he had an ulterior motive.

Ryouichi [Rukon]

Ryou slaps down his share of the bill, and poses dramatically. "Of course not! We would be remiss to stand idly by while one of our officers suffers!"

Hmm. Sounds interesting.

Myojin turns again and begins to walk. He sniffs the candy, and pops one in his mouth.

That's very true. If you don't mind me asking, what is that you're smoking?

It doesn't seem to have a particularly sweet smell, but once it's been in the mouth for a little while, it starts to melt slowly.

"They call it gumaki*. It's a herb that grows near bee nests. The smell is kinda honeyed, so the name's a joke on a bear's breath." Kazuma puffs it out slowly. "It's supposed to be good after a workout."

((I made the herb up, because as you can guess, I've got no information on sweet pipe tobacco.))

Ryouichi [Rukon]

Ryou slaps down his share of the bill, and poses dramatically. "Of course not! We would be remiss to stand idly by while one of our officers suffers!"

Masaru just silently follows, an expression of log-suffering on his face.

"I must use these powers wisely."

"Naaaah."

Kazuo-vision jolts off the door of the restaurant.

Ude - Rukon

Ude exits the restaurant, electing to use his Shikai to increase his speed of progress through the Seiteirei. Masaru and Ryou could catch up when they got here.

"Kyou-Chan!!!"

Ude entered into the 4th Division Headquarters, hunting for Kyou.

Kyou turns, eying the screaming Captain with a raised eyebrow. Oh, great. More idiots.

Ude - 4th Division Headquarters

Ude notices her, and calms down.

"Kyou, right? I'm Captain Udeoshi of the 4th Division. Captain Kazuo asked me to see to attend to you. Whats the nature of the problem."

4th Division

Several long moments after Ude arrived, Masaru himself slowed from his chain of Shunpo jumps. He wasn't winded, but his breathing had increased somewhat.

He walked up and bowed to Kyou.

"Greetings, Miss Kyou. Captain Kazuo requested Captain Udeoshi's aid, and myself and Captain Ryouichi accompanied him, as we'd been dining together."

Kyou/Ryouichi [4th Division]

Kyou casually hides her reddened arm behind her back as she regards Ude. "...I have a tapeworm. I'm pretty sure that doesn't call for someone so important." She tries and fails to hide the irritation and sass from her tone.

Ryouichi arrives shortly after Masaru. He nods to Kyou in a dramatic fashion. "It is my honor, young lady; I cannot say I've seen another of your caliber in a long time."

...are they idiots?

Ude nodded.

"A tapeworm can be quite serious. Do you have any idea where you got it?"

Kazuo-vision arrives through the door. extending a camera to save this for posterity.

Kyou breathes heavily, obviously more than just flustered. "No, I don't particularly keep track of that sort of thing."

Ude - 4th Division

Ude sighs. He is a doctor, at the end of the day.

"Ryou, Masaru, can you two wait out here. Kazuo, go find something to build, blow up, or transform."

Ude motions toward his exam room.

"Step in here. I'll check it out then prescribe the proper dosage."

Masaru finds a nearby available chair and settles calmly to wait.

Kazuo-vision shows a blue screen with white words.

"Captain Kazuo is not avaiable, this unit is on automatic."

Kyou reluctantly follows after Ude, doing her best to hide her hollowed arm. ...I really hope he doesn't ask, I'd hate to have to stick around for this guy's questions... it was enough when the nerd did it.

Ryouichi looks to Masaru, shrugs, and has a seat.

Kyasarin is out for her nightly walk/jumping from rooftop to rooftop across the rooftops of the Seireitei, now that she has finished the paperwork for today.

While Kyasarin is out on her walk, Karite is out on his walk, and is nearing the center of Seretei.

Myojin turns away from Kazuma, and cups his hands around his mouth.

GOOD EVENING, VICE CAPTAIN SHIHAN!

Myojin's voice booms over the roofs. He turns back, and continues forward.

Gumaki, you said? Interesting. Do you harvest it yourself, or buy it at one of the shops?

Kyasarin might run into Karite as she herself approaches the center of the Seireitei.

Ude - 4th Division

Ude shut the door quite firmly behind him. He sighed, summoning out his Shikai again.

"Open up your Robe so I can touch your stomach. I'll take a look, and see how big it is."

Ude's playful manner is gone, mostly being all business.

"Also, feel like telling me what is wrong with that arm you keep trying to hide?"

And Kyasarin does run into Karite.

"Ow! Okay, who the hell- Oh, hey Vice Captain. What're you doing out so late?"

Just taking a walk. I'm going to have to start my next job in a little anyways. Division 2 has me working all day ad then I still have to work all night. It's amazing I get any sleep. What about you Karite?

"I always walk around before I go to bed. It helps relieve the monotony of never being able to go out on missions anymore."

Karite begins to walk along with Kyasarin.

Kyasarin nods in agreement.
Being a Leuitenant is very boring. All paperwork and no action. I miss the days of being an unseated, fighting hollows and all that.

"Ah, but you were second Division. That was my job every day for around two hundred years. And look where we are now, doing paperwork every day."

Karite sighs, and then looks up into the sky.

"I suppose there's a reason for it. Not a reason we like, but a reason."

Kyou twitches in disappointment, then disrobes. Her entire upper chest is wrapped in a sarashi, and in lieu of more girly bottom underwear... she wears girl's boxers. Her left arm is completely covered in blood-red, hairless skin, with fingers ending in pointed claws that seem to be part of the finger in lieu of being any kind of nail. At her shoulder, a few tendrils wrap and pierce into her normal-colored skin. Two gold-colored bracers are located on her upper arm and wrist; lights adorn each of them, beeping on and off with no particular pattern. It's quite obviously 12th tech. Kyou scowls, looking away from Ude.

"...all right, make whatever cracks you've got."
