Hideuchi winces in anticipation of Kyasarin's blow, but breathes a sigh of relief when Yuuki appears and she backs off. Keeping his face blank, he bows in deference to the Captain and Vice Captain. When they are out of sight he hurries away in the other direction.

Masaru smiles and nods politely.

"Yes, thank you Yuuki."

With another nod and a slight bow, Masaru stands and quietly walks to the Commander-General's office. Once there, he quietly knocks on the door.

"Come in, Masaru-san."

Kyou

Kyou frowns and snorts at the fight being broken up by the arrival of a Captain. It was always so boring around here... and it didn't help that she really had somewhere to be. Today was her quarterly checkup at 12th to ensure the stability of the seals on her arm... and yet, for the longest time, she had found it hard to care.

...plus, it's freakin' creepy in there...

Kyasarin remembers something and stops.
Captain, I forgot some unfinished paperwork for Central 46 in the office back at the Division 2 barracks. I'll catch up with.
And with that, she flashsteps off. It shouldn't take very long, the barracks aren't far away, and she's pretty fast.

Masaru

Masaru quietly stepped into Ryouichi's office.

"That was just like all the others for a while now, Ryouichi. Though, I suppose boring is good in our line of work."

He paused for a moment, considering how to word this.

"You seem worried about Kujo still. Any particular reason?"

Natsuko, by now, has dressed herself in a blue kimono, and is waiting for Taiki to return.

Jack walks in and places his calculations in with the rest of the paperwork. A unseated also walks up to him, he was larger than most people and he walked as though he knew it.

Hey there, Teach. What are you gonna do today? Sit there and look like you died?

Your words neither cause me to be upset nor do they serve any real purpose.

Jack says as he walks back outside, not paying the other unseated any sort of respect, not that it was given at any point anyways.

"Oh, my mistake. I guess I'll keep this, then."

Taiki arrives back at the house with a minute to spare. He wears slightly more formal robes in a nice shade of plum. Ceremoniously, he checks his empty wrist. "Hmm. I'm early." For a moment he checks his clothes, then he leans against the wall near the door.

When Natsuko comes out, Taiki smiles. "You look absolutely stunning."

Natsuko smiles, and walks next to Taiki, smiling. "So do you, for that matter..."

She puts her arms around him in a hug.

Yuuki was already in the Onmitsukidō headquarters, getting his papers and such.

Masaru quietly stepped into Ryouichi's office.

"That was just like all the others for a while now, Ryouichi. Though, I suppose boring is good in our line of work."

He paused for a moment, considering how to word this.

Ryouichi is at his desk, looking over the reports Masaru left for each of the Captains. Only when his fellow Captain asks his question does he look up.

And sighs.

"Perhaps it's just paranoia, but, he did kill our former Commander General with nothing but one blow. He's dangerous, and as long as he's out there, there are other shinigami at risk. And you know that's something I can't bide with." Pause. "With Hollows still appearing, and the state of our... war... with Las Noches, I realize any major diversion in resources could spell disaster. But, call it a gut feeling."

Taiki returns the hug, then takes Natsuko's hand. "I think we should walk. If you don't mind."

Natsuko smiles. "I don't mind at all. Give me a bit more exercise, hmmm?"

Kyasarin is soon back with a stack of papers in her arms.
How are the other captains doing sir?

Yuuki shrugged. Okay, I guess. Natsuko and Taiki's kid's going to be born in a month. They've got hell coming straight at them...and Masaru was a little miffed at me because we forgot to turn in the Intel reports. Other than that...just normal.

Natsuko smiles. "I don't mind at all. Give me a bit more exercise, hmmm?"

"We could all use some, after all." Taiki smiles a bit more broadly and leads Natsuko towards the edge of Sereitei.

Natsuko smiles, and accompanies Taiki!

After several minutes of walking, Taiki leads Natsuko into a field of blooming cherry blossom trees.

"Have you ever seen these before?"

Natsuko shakes her head. "No, I haven't. They're beautiful..."

Taiki nods. "I found these several years ago. I didn't know I hadn't shown you yet. But I figured it would be a good time to come. These ones only bloom this time of year." He reaches up to a nearby tree and tenderly holds a flower. For a moment his face seems a bit somber, but it is incredibly fleeting, almost unnoticeable. His smile is incredibly quick to return.

"Shall we go? There's something else I want to show you."

Ryouichi is at his desk, looking over the reports Masaru left for each of the Captains. Only when his fellow Captain asks his question does he look up.

Masaru takes a seat, his gaze level, his face essentially expressionless.

"If it's a gut feeling from you, I trust it. I'll run some ideas through my head on my own time. But your gut feeling kept you and yours alive enough times in the 13th that I don't doubt it anymore.

And you're right, he's very dangerous. The one "advantage" of our current war standing is that, if we do find him, a small force could likely hunt and confront him with less risk than if it was open war. I'll try to think ofa few options there."

He pauses, then removes his glasses, folding them up and tucking them away.

"You know I consider us friends. That's why the next question is as a friend, not a Captain.

How are you holding up with the job? I know it's been a couple of years, and you've yet to run off to the loony bin. But I also know you weren't a big fan of how...sudden...the promotion was."

[Kuroimaken]

Kazuma felt sorely disappointed. He fully expected Hideuchi to get a trashing, and that would have been classic. It didn't help that watching that made him want to get some sparring in himself, and he had now enough sugar in his bloodstream to pump himself up.

He walked up to Kyou, after placing his candy stash safely away. "Guess I'm not the only one who's sorry that got interrupted, huh."

Karite sighs as he begins his daily walk around Seretei. He looks up into the sky, and grins slightly.

"Ever since I became the Vice Captain... I've really not done that much. Is this really all there is for me...?"

He then smacks his head and shakes it, grinning.

"What am I complaining about? I'm the Vice Captain of the Thirteenth Division, my Captain is brilliant, and I should just relax while I still can..."

Karite rounds a corner, and proceeds to walk towards the center of Seretei.

When Kazuo returns to 12th Division, he will be notified by one of the Artificial Souls that 20th Seat Hirako Yoshi wishes to speak with him regarding one of Yoshi's current projects.

Kyasarin is sitting on top of one of Seretei's many roofs, filling out horrible and boring paperwork.

"Captain Miyagawa, I have the report for you on the recent minor excursion to the mortal world in order to collect the defector. The prisoner has been escorted to the Maggot's Nest as per orders. All is well within unit four, Sir." Nao says, handing over a small packet of papers. "Do you have any questions for me at this time, Captain Miyagawa?"

Noburo Hideyaki sat on a bench in the middle area of the Soul Soicety, writing very fast on a piece of paper. There were about 10 such written papers next to him, and even now he had finished the 11th and grabbed another blank sheet. He seemed to be working intently on something, in that mechanical type-writer like way of his.

Finally finished with all her paperwork, she now has to distribute it, which means going through the long process of finding all the squads' Lueitenants, and other officers, and distributing the files.
Guess I'll start from the end.
She thinks, flash stepping off in search of Squad 13's VC.
