After some minutes of waiting on Aldan, all the while seeing nothing of immediate danger, Ox sighs, shrugs his shoulders, and wanders back to the inn to wait for something interesting.

Sorry, Aldan had already left straight after giving the instructions. I stopped checking the spoilers, but when you were still posting them for the stables after everyone seemed to be in the inn, I had to check what on earth was going on, in case you had the wrong idea.

If you care to follow, He'll be heading to the Druid's grotto again. I was going to run it over skype, but I can do things in the forums as easily.

After waiting some time in the church, Elsindril begins to get impatient. He looks over at Simon and then calls out, "Hello, I was wondering if someone here could be of assistance? We're looking for information on the trouble this village is having, and I was wondering if someone here could help us out." In a quiter voice he speaks to Simon, "You know, I'm not sure if anyone is here at the moment. We may just have to wait until the next service to speak with the local priest."

Elsindril walks further into the church, hoping to find the priest."

Elsindril wanders back to the inn. Upon arriving he looks around to see if anyone from the group is there.

Ox sees Elsindril enter the inn and invites him over to his table. "Any luck with the priest?"

[Lord Vampyre]

Elsindril plops down in a chair next to Ox. "No. He must have gone home for the night. You know I'm really getting tired of messing around in this city. I'd like to just go find the bandits, and deal with them. Then maybe this town can get back on its feet. Unfortunately, I don't think its going to be that simple."

Ox perks up and strokes his chin. "Find the bandits ourselves, you say? Do you have any experience with tracking? I agree--this town is beginning to grate on me. For all the kindness the innkeeper has shown me over the past few weeks, everyone else seems to stonewall us. All I wish is a chance to avenge my fallen comrades." Ox ponders for a moment, his brow furrowed. "Aldan said there was a council, correct? There must be someone else we can speak to. Every village has an elder, right? I say we try and find whoever this is."

Half an hour. If he doesn't turn up then, I'll just go straight back to the inn, and call off my plans for now.

[Lord Vampyre]

"No, unfortunately I've never really been good at following someone else through the wilderness. Most of my experience is in evading pursuit. I suppose I could try to use that experience in reverse, but I'm not confident about my success. If I could've just stolen a peek at my mentor's set of divination spells, I may of been able to locate them that way. I don't even know where everyone else's gone off to. I just hope Aldan is having better luck.

You know, I'm not sure if I can even afford to stay in the inn tonight. Maybe after Aldan gets back we should head for the edge of town, and set up camp."

Elsindril seems to slump even further into his chair.
