"Thanks." Jamie smiles at Akemi. "I'm Jamie, by the way. Whats your name?"

Quinn, meanwhile, seems to have decided to head to the main lodge to get a few things. Where, spotting Anchor, she blinks in surprise. "Oh, hello there."

[Recaiden]

Anchor jumps a bit, startled, and goes to hide behind a nearby chair.
Maybe, if she's quiet, the scary guard lady will go away.

"Akemi, also known as Falling Blossom."

[The Bushranger]

"I'm Jamie! Jamie Misaki Catherine Druid," Jamie introduces herself. "These are Nimai and Mara, they're my best friends! It's good to meet you, Miss Akemi."

"It's OK, I'm not going to hurt you," Quinn calls, smiling. "Are you new here? I don't remember seeing you before."

[horngeek]

"Thanks, Jamie.

Sorry about the shouting earlier..."

[Recaiden]

"Yes, I'm new. But you saw me." She was just a year or so younger then, and more solid.

[The Bushranger]

"It's OK. Daddy is cranky sometimes." Jamie smiles a bit, but looks worried. "I hope he's OK..."

"Of course I did. Like I'm seeing you right now." Quinn doesn't remember (or maybe the lack of solid-ness is throwing her memory off?) and she smiles. "I'm Quinn. What's your name?"

[horngeek]

"Well, you'll just have to trust he is. Okay?"

[Recaiden]

"I'm Alkania. Nice to meet you."

[The Bushranger]

Jamie nods. "Yeah, I guess I can do that. I hope Abby's OK too."

"You too, Alkania." Quinn nods, and smiles. "Are you a new member, or a...new member of the ghosts around here?"

[Lord Iames Osari]

"So we're mainly worrying about the three of us?" Nimai asks, firmly in "leader mode".

[Recaiden]

"I'm a new member, I guess. I want to be a good person!" Ad she says that without air quotes, because she's that naive. And clearly not a ghost, because she goes have some slight color to her skin and almost-black clothes.

[The Bushranger]

Jamie nods. "Yeah. We need to stay close so that we can all be together so they can't teleport in and grab one of us!" She nods, emphatically.

"Well then, welcome, and I hope we can help with that being-good thing." Quinn smiles broadly. "Is there anything I can help you with right now?"

[horngeek]

"If they do, I might be able to set up a nasty surprise for them..."

[Recaiden]

"I dunno. I need a place to stay, I guess? And I'm hungry, and haven't anything to eat. You look happy. Do you need all your feelings right now?" Alkania says, eyeing Quinn.

((Impact is too annoying to look at.))

[The Bushranger]

"Oooooh, really?" Jamie asks, looking at Akemi curiously. "What kind of surprise?"

"Well, I'm happy to help somebody. I'm also worried for my fiancé," Quinn explains, then blinks as it sinks in what Alkania asked. "Ah...you 'feed' on feelings, then? Is it a permament thing, or do they return?"

((It is a little...tightly packed, isn't it.))

[Recaiden]

"Oh no! What happened to him?" Then Alkania nods.
"They'll be back soon. But tell me if I take too many. I'll try to just take the worry, but it's complicated..." (Soon meaning one to four days. And Quinn will still feel things, just not as strongly.)

((Franklin Gothic? This is even worse than when I was choosing Censhuliel's color.))

"Well, I'm more dangerous than I look."

[The Bushranger]

((Hm. That one's easy to read, at least))

"He's...off rescuing a friend of my daughter's, who was kidnapped. And it's a very dangerous place he's going. But danger is his business."
Quinn chuckles softly to herself, and then nods in understanding. "Well, then, feel free to take my fears. Don't worry, I should be farily strong..."
Since she's a paladin/champion of a goddess.

Jamie giggles. "Well, so am I!" she exclaims.

[Recaiden]

"Okay. He'll come back safe, I'm sure of it." Alkania goes to place a hand over Quinn's heart and goes to draw away the worry. And maybe gets a bit of some associated feelings, like fear, and love of Tobias, etc. Should be back to normal in a day or two, shouldn't hurt to lose them.
"Thank you!"

The worry and fear get drawn away with ease.
Love for Tobias...that's harder to get...and there seems to be just so dang much of it that if any of it is tugged out, Alkania might find herself getting the equivilant of somebody gorging themselves at Thanksgiving dinner until they explode.
As in, literally explode, detonating all over the dining room.
With plenty of leftovers still, er, left over.
So hopefully she can sense that possiblity and work around those feelings.

"Thanks. And you're welcome!" Quinn says, feeling a good bit better now.

[Falgorn]

Slowly, a man approaches from the distance, a swing in his step as he walks towards GLoG, leaning on a walking stick. The man's appearance is...undeterminable, for he wears complete surgical garb. White coat, surgical mask, surgical cap, and even glasses, to cover his eyes. In fact, it can't even be seen if the person is male! The character is like a sheet of white, a sharp contrast to the black boots s/he wears. The wo/man approaches ever so slowly...

Runner, who happens to be in motorcycle mode near the entrance, sees the newcomer.

Hello there! How may I help you?

Runner looks just like a random motorcycle parked in front of the building.

[Recaiden]

Luckily she couldn't explode from eating. At most, she might develop a crush on Tobias. But she's full far before that point, and steps away from Quinn.

[Falgorn]

The person jumps back, startled, before assuming that the voice wasn't coming from the motorcycle. "Umm, hello?" The now recognizable male voice says, the surgical mask muffling his words somewhat. "I'd like to join?" He asks, quietly.

Ah, that is good. We seem to have had a recent increase in the number of people joining.

The engine of the motorcycle roars to life, and it starts rolling towards the door.

Please, come inside. You are required to fill out the necessary forms.

Quinn steps back as well, smiling. "So, feeling a bit better?" she asks Alkania.

[Recaiden]

"Yes I am. Thank you again Quinn." Alkania nods to her respectfully.

[Falgorn]

The man steps back more, now sufficiently nervous/fearful. "...What's happening?" he asks, partly to himself, as beads of sweat run down his dark neck.

Quinn nods back respectfully as well. "Is there anything else I can help with?" she asks, smiling.
