Well, in that case, since you have not made an argument for your side, even after strawberryman went as far as requesting your input, I'd say that the policy that the majority of posters who cared supported can now be declared official.

No VC's with Bankai. Those who presently have it get it stripped from their backstories, and they'll have to earn them like any other VC's aiming for it.

Does anyone object to this?

I object. Just because he didn't give his case before leaving dosn't mean he shouldn't be given the chance. He might not have seen people asking for it. Not only that, thats a fairly pre-mature thing to just go and declare, and force people to abide by.

While the community decision maybe such, we've not heard from the opposing side, or the players that do play VC's with Bankai. While I agree with the majority in this case, I don't really feel it will be fairly handled if we just go full tilt and declare this now.

Considering that, to my knowledge, Righty and CMOT have hand lots of chances to provide a counter point, and have not, I have to wonder how much of "not giving a chance" we have here.

Not only has this issue been floating around the OOC thread for days, if not a couple of weeks, but I've taken to understand Righty and CMOT have been contact via PM on this issue. And yet, there's no concrete argument for it.

Whereas multiple people have given reasons against.

So this isn't some out of the blue declaration; this is something that's been repeatedly talked about, with the "opposition" not saying anything.

I mean, I suppose we could hold off on the absolute final proclamation until Righty gets back, but what if he keeps ignoring the discussion? Do we just let him trundle on with Bankai, when that's kind of a major issue?

Your objection is noted. However, Righty was contacted before this began, the topic has been brought up multiple times, over several days, and he has clearly paid at least enough attention to the OOC to state that he's taking a vacation.

That said, your complaint is not without merit. I would accept Hadrian's compromise of assuming that they do not have it until the matter is settled, but not declaring it iron-clad law just yet.

Nao's shikai consists of twelve sharp, flying leaves. He used it against Hannibal in the episode. Unfortunately for Nao, Hannibal is Steel type. Thus, it's not effective.

(No, Hannibal is not immune. He's just very, very tough. Cutting him with the leaves would take a long, long time.)

Well that makes perfect sense, it's just that I saw that in the NarutoITP thread recently as well. I guess it was merely a coincidence.

Where is Hannibal in the flashback thread? If it's still occurring entirely inside with no outside signs of there being any sort of fight then 10th wouldn't know anything. I haven't been paying close enough attention to tell.
