Caliga di Sententia stepped into the arena; he noted that it had been artificially dimmed, but he ignored this. He took steps; the steps led him to his side of the arena. "Are you ready, sir? As he spoke, a ring of shadows erupted from the ground; they bent themselves into the shape of the Hummingbird, as souls flowed from Caliga, giving the floor a mirror-like sheen; the shadows of the duelists fell into it; while Buck's was flat, Caliga's seemed to simply be a reflection of him. The auras erupted from the duelists once again. "Whenever a player takes damage, kchahahaha, some of their soul is lost." Caliga paused. "But this is my Shadow Game! Even if you shall fall, you will merely be bound to me! When I am released from my curse, you shall also be released - you may return to life! Just let me try and undo it! Please! Free me from my torment!"
