He glares at his hands, as if it was their fault he couldn't blast electric cannons.

Cale stood silently, watching their target. A building that was one of many. the difference? This one had Judgement written in Big Fat letters on it. It was time for him and his party to make their move, for if the authorities couldn't handle it (again), HE WOULD. He had readied a small shield of air disruptance around his allies faces, it wouldn't affect thier normal vision, although panoramic sight would be slightly lowered, however, it would disrupt face recognition cameras.
"remember guys, sunglasses on." he said, shielding the eyes from sight as well.
Katsu, here's my phone, plug it into the computer and it'll automatically download everything you acces." He instructed his classmate. Cale had pre-programmed it to do just that, so there wouldn't be anything that could go wrong there.
"I won't be able to use my power well inside, so I"ll go in and distract as much people as I can. After you guys enter I'll put pressure into the door. It'll be near impossible to open from the outside, but people can still leave if they want.
I presumer there'll be around fifteen people inside, with at most five people of level three or higher. I'm really sure there won't be a level 5, and if we're lucky they don't have a four either. They won't try to use lethal force, but if they reach their weapons lockers they might have stuff like ESP-supression or Net-guns in there." HE instructed his allies.

Cale wildened up his hair, messed up his clothes a little, and got ready to walk in looking like a very distraught man looking for help, as much help as possible, for as long as possible.

The computer beeped and several camera footage was displayed across Jason's screen. He was watching around the area that they were all at and waited. He then saw Cale emerge from the hiding spot and start walking towards the judgement building. He shifted his glance towards the judgement doors.

Moroe terminated the call with more than a little annoyance. Nothing was making any sense today. Why did her comrade insist on denying such an obvious crime? Why did Souji(or whoever he was)'s file read like an unfinished game of mad-libs? And how on Io could such a wanted fugitive get away with walking around in plain sight and giving complete strangers his real name?!
