Ivaz falls back, trying to not land on the leg with the knife in it.

If he let go of her one hands, she'll swing it at the cuts in his stomach.

He doesn't let go, and tries to land as much on the hilt of the knife as possible.

Ivaz yells again. She tries to use her other knee to keep him from pushing to much.

With her knife hand free, she goes to stab him in the side.

He's stabbed, quite well, in fact, and hisses in pain.

"I have a deal for you, Ivaz. You stop trying to kill me, and I won't leave you crippled for the rest of your life. Okay?"

Ivaz grits her teeth, taking a moment to weigh her options.

Clearly, she doesn't like either option.

He starts to carefully shift so that he can stand up without jarring the knife in her knee. If nothing prevents him from doing that, he'll proceed to get up, unless stopped, and say "You should probably get to a hospital... Do you want some help with that?"

Ivaz will slowly bring herself to a sitting position.

Thanks for your concern... She gives a dark grin. Then she grabs the knife, takes a deep breath, and yanks it out.

Blood comes out fast. Ivaz quickly removes her shirt and ties it around her knee.

I've...had worse...

There are traces of scars on her torso, now visible due to her lack of a shirt.

She'll pick to his knife and toss it to his feet.

He, if it's still in him, pulls out her knife, likely getting a reading on it as he does, and tosses it to her, before going to pick up his own.

"True. But, those scars are all on your torso. You were probably able to walk with them, and I doubt that's the case here. Not crippling you included not leaving you to crawl back to someplace you can get help, probably getting an infection on the way."

John will get pretty much the same readings as before.

Ivaz gives a short laugh. She grabs her knife, wipes it off on her skirt, then shoved it back into its place in the back waistband of the skirt.

Slowly, and with drawing a few Sharp breaths through her teeth, Ivaz brings herself to standing.

Ishimaru Moroe had not been having a very good day. First she'd overslept; Then she'd run out of milk to put on her breakfast cereal; Then she'd engaged in a remote sniper battle against a disorganised collection of Espers and special forces; Then she'd been held hostage by a strangely intriguing Electromaster who had left her with a lot of questions and very few answers; And now she was stuck hiding behind a metal container in some alleyway while two random people tried to kill each other with knives.

Moroe had still been scanning the area for hidden observers when the fight had started. It was a good thing that Souji's strange file had put her on guard, because otherwise she might not have made it to cover before those two misfits saw her. Hopefully they'd both be finished soon, because Moroe had no intention of crouching in an alleyway all day while watching their fight through the eyes of a remote controlled drone. Of course, if worst came to worst she could always just shoot them both in the kneecaps; Not exactly a course of action which would please her superiors, but one which was nevertheless becoming more and more attractive with each new burst of leg cramp.

Souji sneezes. "Somebody must be thinking about me!"

He looks at his watch, and pales. It was probably his building manager, again. Crap.

"Ara... Sorry Krystal-sama, but I've gotta run! I'll catch you after school near Tokiwadai sometime, alright!"

As he shouts this, he's already running out, back to the streets. Souji liked the streets, they gave him time to think. He liked thinking.

But he was always restless, and a crackle of electricity flickered through his index finger, jumping between it, the ring finger, and his middle one.

"Hum de dum..."

He shrugs.

"Fine. If you're too proud to take help from an ESPer, that's your problem. Just remember that you're the one who complained that we act like that."

He turns to leave.

Ivaz gives John a dirty look as he leaves.

Once out of sight, she'll turn to limp down the alley. Back to her base of operations.

It's not fun to have your own arguments tossed back at you, is it? In any case, John ignores the look, or doesn't see it, and heads to somewhere he can get patched up.
