Maguvial and the others may have noticed how the lizard never looked at any of them. An occasional glance, but never anything to acknowledge their existence. He is alive nontheless, and continues to speak, this time in a firm voice that speaks of subtle enragement while the lizard finally returns Maguvial's gaze with an unnerving yellow stare that speaks more than anything this creature can ever say. It wants to see all of you face down in a pool of your own blood. Ten. Each.

Kazmuk looked to the lizard face with that same hatred this people were trying to rob them blind...he marked the ugly face. Kazmuk then prayed to one day meet the fellow in a dark alley. He then crossed his arm looking away and spitting it was not hard to tell the dwarf was upset. "I have a better idea..how about we go speak to the person who sent us on this mission..I am sure he would frown on us being extorted like this."

Not to sound like a jerk but 10 gold is pretty steep for a ride anywhere. I mean I can not even afford that.
Secondly if the King of these people ask us to do this and then we are getting treated like this not much need for us to help them out.

Kazmuk moved up to the lizardfolk man and glared into his eyes. "Look here you lizard faced speak tongue son of a @$#$ I am no a human do you see a human when you look here? I am a dwarf and you are trying my patience!" Kazmuk looked to him and then spoke with clenched teeth. "If it was not for cowards like you I would not have to save your kingdoms princess...I would be at home enjoying hearth and ale with family." He grabbed the man by the shirt and said. "Now are you going to take me where I need to go or do I need to kick your arse all about this tavern?"

Thank you someone for joining in, I was going to use intimidate if someone else didn't eventually, but I'm glad I got some help. :P

And by the posts it seems like Zaqurt and Eldon caught up to Kazmuk and Maguvial, can we assume Wilken caught up to us after his shopping and is just outside or something?

meanwhile, Zaqurt has reached his companions and is listening, amused by Kazmuk's methods of "persuasion"

Uhh...I need like 30 minutes to get the ship ready.

"Very good, we'll meet you at dock {whatever number his is) "in 30 minutes then."

Maguvial walks out with Zaq and the others and prepares herself.
Whispering to Kazmuk, "Don't worry, I'll cover your fee for now."
30 minutes go by and she meets up with captain at his dock.

Sesquame's character, Wilken, was the only one who was interested in shopping and he hasn't posted in a couple days, can we assume he finished and is coming with us?

"That's very generous of you Eldon, and I appreciate it."
Maguvial and whoever is with her reaches the dock and sees the captains ship. She approaches him.
"Ahoy there, is everything ready?"

[Emperor Ing]

((Yep. I'm assuming he's following silently. ))

The lizardfolk talks without even turning his head to face Maguvial.
Yeah. Just gimme the money right now and nobody has to fall a mile to their deaths.

(on a side note, a part of me wishes you got scrolls of feather fall, because skydiving is awesome. )

Maguvial shows the captain the 30 gold pieces but only hands over 20.
"I'll give ya the other 10 once we land safely. Feel free to land where you think is safest, but we need to be close to the lost mountains."

The lizardfolk narrows his eyes as he turns to look at Maguvial. Six times five is thirty. All of it. Now. You need a pilot right?

oh my god, im sorry for being away. I was spending my free time archive binging el goonish shive and forgot all about the PbP, where am I right now?

Maguvial gives him a cold look. "I'll be taking this back if you don't take us where we need to." She roughly hands him the 10 other coins and immediately walks past him without a glance.

You're boarding an airship that will take you to the Lost Mountans, or somewhere close to it.

The lizardfolk doesn't seem to care who he annoys.

La dee da, we're on a boat ride, we laugh, tell stories, sit around a campfire (jk), how long is the trip, I would imagine maybe around 20 minutes?

Kazmuk looks to the lizard breath and crosses his arm before muttering something. He makes it a point to keep a sharp eye out on the lizard who was still uppity. "Scalely headed creep." Kazmuk whispered and would cross his arms relaxing his eyes never leaving the pilot.

Zaqurt follows in the airship, followed shortly after by his dog, Anoki

i can feel we're all very nervous... why don't we just sit here and relax?
Zaqurt then sits in an angle and starts caressing his dog/talks with the others for the duration of the trip

Time to get going. Hmm, I sense a need to lighten the mood. And i've got a few new ideas I want to try...
Once the ride gets going, Eldon casts prestigitation, and uses it for a few special effects for his jokes.

Everyone watching will find Eldon's jokes to be pretty humorous. But I digress, once everyone has boarded the airship, it takes off for the Lost Mountains.

Kazmuk listens to the jokes and laughs a bit before turning to make sure all is well with the flight. "Tell me Eldon was it ..why did you choose to become a weaver of tales and jokes?" Kazmuk looked to the man curiously though in the back of his mind the thoughts of what the mission might entail were brewing.

Maguvial concentrates on watching where we are going and making sure the Captain doesn't do anything out of the ordinary.

Well, I always felt the pull to follow the bardic tradition. However, I studied at first with an rather boring old elf. Old tales and songs just aren't as fun as entertainment of the more humourous persuasion. We bards can work with almost any kind of entertainment, although most prefer songs. I never had a talent for music, and I find songs rather dull anyway.
