    Default Manhunt

Hit by the force of the orc's mighty hammer Micheal Derving turns himself invisible. However, he stands up and extends his dagger and with an anger that makes time seem to slow, calls upon his most dangerous spell onto the orc. Purple lightening surges through the dagger before being shot across the road at the orc.

El Pato's attack rocked the greatly weaken lizardfolk backwards with El Pato still pressing the attack. The Orc dodged right into the purple blast from an invisable source, grabbing his head in immense pain. The lizardfolk and Cobra watch Stephan rise back up to his daunting height and ready their attacks. However, both spears and the iron jaws of the cobra have no effect on Stephan's knees. Acheron flew right past the lizardfolk on his path to the Orc where his blade found flesh. Realing in pain from the purple blast from the ground, the orc stumbles back, regains his footing and rushes at Acheron. Acheron is slightly pierced by the spear.

    Spoiler

El Pato hits lizardfolk, I moved him to his new square.

    Micheal hits the Orc

Stephan stood up and sucked at attacking

Acheron was missed by the AoO from Lizardfolk 2 and hit the Orc

Stephan and his rediculous defences repelled all attacks.

The Orc was shifted back on his turn from Micheal's attack, ran back up to Acheron, and hit for 8 damage.

Caesus is last in init so when he posts, end round 3. All enemies except lizardfolk 1 are seriously hurt.

With Stephan's blow, the cobra falls to the ground. Its bolts snap from the metal construct and only a heap of battered iron remains. Carnage is all around. 6 Civilians lie dead in the street. Lizardfolk and the orc are still leaking blood from their mutilated bodies. After the noise of battle subsides, faces can be seen peering from the windows. They are still fear stricken but show some signs of happiness. Crying can be heard from many houses and alleyways.

Running from the south is a Dwarf. He is waddling more than running. Call it a quick waddle. He is plump and dressed in a officers uniform. He caries an ornate sword on his side bearing the mark of the Pantross nation. On his chest are medals and also the Pantross symbol. When he finally approaches the blood stained area, he stops, puts on hands on his knees and gasps for air.

    "Whew! Oh my! Thank you!"

As he begins to regain his breath, his speech becomes more fluid and professional.

"Noble 5, you have each done the city of Neotross, nay, the whole Pantross nation, a great service. Our guards were not prepared and are too few. Without your valor, hundreds citizens might have been killed. I have already sent word to King Mintos of your deeds. He will want to reward you all for sure."

He looks at all of the death in the street.

"6 dead. No Dwarves though. Are any of you hurt? The King will provide the very best healing services available. And don't worry about the window. I'll send for the workmen to clean the streets and repair the damages. But the King is waiting."

The Dwarf gestures for you to follow to the South. It is truely a great honor to be invited to meet the King, let alone be rewarded by him.

Wiping the brain (and other various fleshy bits) off of his pick, Stephan gives the dwarf a long, silent look before responding as he replaces his clean(er) pick to it's loop. "Meeting the King is a good custom of city people yes? I will follow you, and am sorry about the window. I get carried away. How did those beasts get into city? Do we not guard the gate?" His booming voice is ponderous, not angry.

What an honour it is to meet the king! Maybe I can finally ask him why there is no exculsive bar for us rich people!". Glaring at the rest in distaste.

Agreeing with the behemoth Micheal Derving said, "Yes why is the guard not on duty? Why are we left vulnerable with a shifter problem?! Even this idiot can see that there is a problem with this!, his voice not as loud as the giants but very angry.

Everyone needs someone to watch them to make sure they are doing their job. And who watches the Watchmen? Nobody. They will surely be executed for their lazyness this time. Also, the gate wasn't locked because the Shifters never attack this far south. These weren't Shifters. They came from somwhere else."
