Re: Manhunt
The party travels to the South East. The smell of salt water gets stronger as you near the cliffs. The tracks are getting harder to find as the ground gets harder and they get older. Stephan is having difficulty finding them.
SpoilerStephan, and anyone else, roll to see if you can keep tracking the horses.

Re: Manhunt
El Pato finds the tracks and the party rejoices for they know they are still on the hunt. The tracks lead them closer to the edge of the cliffs. The party approaches the cliff. The sun beats down on the adventurers as it reaches mid-day. There is a little chill in the air from the morning but it feels comfortable.
SpoilerOrder thy selves.
I got a new map system. It is much better. Here are the instructions copied from Jim Lang's PbP:
"To use the map, first select the "erase figure" tool and remove your character. Then select your figure under the 1x1 figure menu, hover the mouse where you want it, and press "1" on your keyboard.
Happy hunting!
EDIT: I found a quick-bar feature, so you should be able to just select your icon from that bar to paint on the map. Convenience!"

Re: Manhunt
Stephan
Stephan follows in El Pato's footsteps, hoping to confirm they are still on the trail with his tracking skills, but his eyes are weary and he is not sure if he is much help. As they approach the cliffs, he wonders why anyone (whether thief, bandit, or adventurer) would bring horses so near the thing. He hopes the horses are okay.

Re: Manhunt
"Agents of the King!! Time to DIE!"
Before the five Saviors can react, four humanoids expose themselves from behind the rocks. One begins to cut rope that are attached to the rocks and go down the cliff face. El Pato feels a blade graze his skin from an unknown origin. An Eladrin behind the far rock moves up and shoots a grey beam at El Pato. El Pato tried to dodge it but it was too late. Also he notices that he is frozen in place. To add to his woes, a chain slices across his face as a dark figure speeds by. The chain whips Acheron's torso as well before the man finishes his swing.
SpoilerEl Pato takes 10 damage and is immobilized.
El Pato takes 7 damage from the chain.
Acheron takes 8 damage from the chain.
One rope is cut by the other Eladrin.

Re: Manhunt
El Pato stands rooted to the ground, patiently taking beams and blades and chains to the face. When his enemies seem to have finished their initial onslaught, he gestures with his wrists, and a hedge of writhing, slicing vines explodes from the earth before him.

Micheal Derving thinks to himself, "If we had gone to Sess we wouldn't have run into these problems but my subjects need me. But they must be put in there place afterward". He dashes forward. Re: Manhunt
El Pato spends a moment to wipe his own blood out of his eyes. Vision cleared, he spies the Eladrin knight attempting to sneak away to commit some nefarious deed. Deciding that that won't do, he fires a heavy blob of icy slush at the knight to freeze him in place.
