The two guards don't seem to be lieing to you, but they don't seem to be revealing everything to you.

"Well, if we want to adventure," says the druid,"we need to take a few risks. I'm in." Rhamantus nods his head once firmly.

"Agreed, But there is something you are not telling us guard. I think we deserve to know what it is if we are going to help you"

"Ahh, Wha.." "Aye. It was another royal family."

"Another royal family? So what nations royalty are we searching for?" Dwin asks quizzically as he is now more confused than ever

"Tell us the straight truth, guard." The dwarf's voice is loud and booming.

"The lord of the next province stole this lords daughter. For What we hope it isn't. A sacrifice"

"Oh.. Sacrifice? Now this is interesting! Taking down users of forbidden lore, stopping evil rituals, its what every magic-user wants to do!" Dwin's eyes begin to widen with excitement. "Where do we sign?"

The dwarf's eyes open wide with surprise at the halflings statement. "Y...You're a spellcaster?!"

[GodGoblin]

"Erm well yes, hence the robes! I said they were ceremonial ,for sorcerers that is" Dwin takes a subtle step back "Thats not a problem is it?"

"Of course not" says Rhamantus. He turns to the dwarf. "You are aware I wield magic myself, aren't you?"

The guards look surprised and panicked, "Wha, what? Will you help us or not?"

I say yes. I'm in. Like the mage said, where do we sigh?

The dwarf instantly felt a great gap between him and these two individuals. His tribe feared magic and its users. But he enjoyed the company of the human, and the jolly halfling wasn't too bad either. After a brief mental conflict within himself, he decided to trust these two people and protect them on this crazy quest. "I... I will rescue the lord's daughter."

"Good! Will you come with us now?"

[GodGoblin]

"Sure! I cant believe were tackling a cult, a real life cult!" The halfling walks after the guards with a definite spring in his step

"I hope that this new information dosen't come in between our friendship." the druid says to the dwarf.

" 'Tis fine, lad." Without another word, the dwarf follows the guards.

The guards walk off to the side of the town hall like building. Walking to a side entrance and then walking in. It leads to a hall way which goes about 10ft and then turns.
