Magnum ammo appears at level 15. I got it yesterday and according to Steam I've played 32 hours. I spent a lot of time playing as Medic and spent all my time ingame with an excellent squad of friends and was the highest scoring player a lot. I imagine that a sniper or soldier would have to work a lot harder and longer to achieve that kind of

I don't think you can. Also, why would you want to switch from Google? Google Search = website you're looking for. I mostly use the overlay browser to look up console commands, anyway.

Well, the farthest I got in the campaign was the fourth mission, so it can't have been more then four, tops.

YES. It is literally the funniest game in the series.

Buy it. BUY IT NOW. In fact, all of you who do not possess it, BUY IT. It is a legend in multiplayer gaming, and you do not know the THRILL of playing the same map, over and over and over again until you have played one of the Battlefield games. WONDER at the stupid physics engine, where one was once able to snipe whilst standing on the wind of a plane in motion. MARVEL at the way people on opposing teams throw medpacks at each other in a futile attempt to kill/heal each other. BE AMAZED as you fly for miles and miles upon being hit directly with a tank shell.

Well, personally, I got Bad Company 2 in return for writing a three page essay on a story by Jack London for a friend, so it was totally worth it for me.

I'd say if you see it on sale in the 10-20 dollar range, pick it up. It certainly is PRETTY, and there are some epic moments if you play with friends.

I'm virtually certain you can't. Steam uses the system version of IE with the home page defaulted to Google.

I've enjoyed Bad Company 2 quite a lot.

I do agree that it was a horrible idea for both the Medic and Engineer to have to unlock the basic functions of their classes.

However, on the gun discussion, the guns aren't too much different from each other to make much of a difference. Or at least with how easy it is to die, most stats won't make that much of a difference. That's how I feel about it so far. I've got every sniper weapon except the M95 and I still use the M24. Most of the stats differences aren't that much of a factor in your death. You get seen and you get shot at and you're fairly likely to die regardless of weapon.

No. If you're looking for a battlefield game, get Bad Company 2. Its newer and a lot of fun. Or, just wait until Battlefield 3 comes out in a few years.

And to watsyurname, what you're talking about never happens to me. I notice a huge difference in weapons, and dieing isn't too easy compared to other shooters like MoH or CoD. I can be being shot at, turn around and kill the other player if there's a skill discrepancy.

Yeah, I saw that. I've had a couple of those bugs. Like someone stuck halfway through a ceiling.

Anyway, I have determined that it only happens to my Quick Save and Auto-Saves. Problem is that's the majority of my saving and when my game locks up, that's the latest save.
