Re: X-men WW
After reviewing, Banjo1985 seems to have only pointed once, at Reinholdt.

Re: X-men WW
I guess I'll join the Calar bandwagon. Is it ok if I nominate myself as being the one who pms GA someone to prove himself on?

Re: X-men WW
Well unless someone knows a wolf, I'd say just leave it to the Rivals. Storm's probably the best one to resolve that problem anyway.

I'll join the Calar bandwagon, although I agree with IF for a change, Banjo would be my second target.

Re: X-men WW
With the professor dead, the group quickly turned on the last person he had pointed at. However GAThraawn said that he was Storm and that he would kill tonight at the group's choice. With that they turned to Calar and decided to lynch him, however he was hard to find.
When they finally did locate him he was playing cards with Horoar in one of the tents. Calar looked up as the group entered. “So you have come for me have you?” he asked. “Well I think I'll play cards for a little longer.” He picked up the pack and shuffled the cards and started to deal when he suddenly whirled and started throwing cards at the group. As the cards hit the group they exploded! The group started to scatter but then the wind picked up in a localised area and managed to send the charged cards back at him. Soon a massive explosion took place. When the dust settled Gambit was lying on the floor and Horoar had a changed form.
SpoilerCalar was lynched – he was Gambit one of the villagers
Horoar was autolynched – he is replaced by Tasroth
Night begins and ends tomorrow.

Re: X-men WW
It is becoming more obvious that Xavier's children are no match for Magneto, but Apocalypse is! Now will you listen to reason and submit yourselves to his control or will you be destroyed like Gambit, Shadowcat, and even Xavier himself?

Re: X-men WW
So, one player so far has PMed me a night kill target, but since the possibility exists that they might be an enthusuastic wolf, would people like to have some discussion over who's PM I follow? If there is no consensus by tonight, I'll follow their direction, but I really don't want to fry another x-man.
Also, I'd really appreciate a bane tonight.

I dunno who anyone is, and until I'm contacted by someone who does, I'm not sure I feel comfortable selecting a random target for killing.

Re: X-men WW
A storm blew up quickly, surprising the local weatherman. Storm flew up into the storm and started throwing lightning at Banjo. She struck him 1985 times from all directions but the bolts only got close to him they did not touch him. After Storm ran out on energy lightning seemed to flow round him in a hemispherical shield before disappearing.
At the other end of the camp Magneto found another Professor Xavier. “So Eric you were deceived by my illusion over there were you?” he said.
“Not as much as you were deceived by your own illusion. You are not Charles you are just a fool. So have a sucker punch.” Magneto replied hitting Qwaz in the face. Magento then finished him off.
SpoilerQwaz was attacked by the Brotherhood and died – he was Mimic.
Banjo1985 was attacked by Storm and survived due to his Leech protection which was destroyed.
Day 5 begins and ends on Monday
Although Banjo1985 survived the night kill he will be autoed if he doesn't vote today

Re: X-men WW
Well, I could PM that to him if you think that'd make it more believable. I just figure we now have an easy way to network, yes?

Re: X-men WW
I'm just not sure why you're any more trustworthy than anyone else. Wouldn't it make more sense for us to contact GAThraawn since he's either Storm or someone who is Storm trusts him enough to prove he isn't a wolf?

Re: X-men WW
Well, I had intended it to point out what a good idea it would be for the good powerroles that are left to contact him.
I didn't seriously expect him to share any information with me, or indeed for anyone to do that.
EDIT: Sorry, missed your post Ramsus.
See, the thing is, Banjo's definitely Leech. It said in the narration that he lost his leech protection, which would presumably be leech's passive ability that stops him being killed once.Last edited by billtodamax; 2010-12-10 at 04:47 PM.

Re: X-men WW
Ok that's true, it makes more sense to trust a confirmed by GM (is this the appropriate term here?) role than a less flat out confirmed role. This doesn't really make your statement about your supposed role any less weird to me though. (Maybe I'm missing something here as a newer player?)
Edit: Though contacting Banjo right now seems pointless if he doesn't prevent himself from getting auto-lynched.Last edited by Ramsus; 2010-12-10 at 05:00 PM.

Re: X-men WW
Narrator is traditional.
And what's odd about claiming villager? People do it all the time.
Just, think of it this way. Why would I A) draw attention to myself and B) try and convince people to network if I was a wolf?Avatar by Me!

Re: X-men WW
Ah yeah that's true. So then...what's the official term? (So that I can go ask a moderator or something to rename my account that to cause mass confusion =P .)
Edit: Ninja'd, thanks Bill.
I dunno, maybe it's part of your super secret plans? You could be the beast trying to get Storm killed. (Again. I'm a new player. My knowledge of WW tactics is limited so I may be saying very silly things.)Last edited by Ramsus; 2010-12-10 at 05:04 PM.

Re: X-men WW
Well, when it comes to WW tactics - they're usually underthinking, or overthinking things.
Tactic 1 - Don't tell your role. Unless you're a liar.
Tactic 2 - Vote for whoever votes #3 on the bandwagon, because "They're a werewolf"
Tactic 3 - Agree with whoever says #2 because you're a werewolf
And new players can be WWs too."see the little angels rise up high, how do they rise up, rise up, how do they rise up high?"

Re: X-men WW
Claiming it in thread instead of in a PM is pretty suspicious, especially when it's addressed to a single player. Networks are only as good as the people in them; without a Seer, it's pretty hard to verify anybody.
That said, I find sammy's day-on, day-off voting pattern more suspicious at the moment.
