Non-OotS Style Character Portraits (Requests)

well after a misunderstanding about the nature of this thread, I figured that a non-Non-OotS Style Character Portraits thread would be nice and usefull for many things (if you want a drawing of your D&D Character, but lack the skills of making one, have a great idea for a Character-design, but no drawing skills or (like me ) just wander how your Characters will look in other styles

here's my Request, you may post your own (of course )

Also, she holds a big staff that glows with blue energy.

Now I was curious about what you are requesting here. It was not quite clear. I got that you started a forum for non-OotS style character portraits but are you starting this forum to get people to draw your character in the blue dress or are you trying to get people to request you to draw their character? Or are you just trying to get a grouping of people to do an art swap? Just curious.

Seems to me that it's sort of where people can get a character drawn in a non-oots style and she's starting it off.

Ah ok. I actually have seen her posting on other parts of the forums and it actually looks like she is doing more of a artist group trading.

Well in that case I will post pictures of my two favorite D&D characters I have played. Kris my cowardly hermaphrodite half demon. And Mura my half dragon with a touch of phoenix (hence the feathers on the back of her neck). These pictures I did awhile ago and my style has changed a little since then but I still do draw. I will try to draw one or both of your characters when I can.

It's very rough. I didn't know what mark you wanted on her forehead, so I made a circle. Is her hair the right size? Her wings?

the proportions looks a bit...off, I dunno why,but the wings and the hair looks very nice . the marks need to look like this: one elliptic one in the center of the forehead, two small round one, just above it, and two elliptic marks slightly smaller then the first, just above the eyes.

Now that you mentioned it, her head looks too small and her shoulders are too square. Is the elliptical mark taller than wide or vice versa?

I didn't go all out with shading or anything... And I admit it... I was having bad luck with hands today and just couldn't get them right, so I hid her hands. I hope you still like it.

May as well transfer my "ideas if you're bored and want something to do" from the other thread:
Sar'Pynestae: Female non-magical Ranger, heading towards Tempest (I think it's called). 3/4 elf, 1/4 succubus. Pale skin, wild red hair, Gambit-like eyes (black whites, red iris), and shiny black baby goat-like horns. Dual-wields swords. Has a pet snake. Makes jewellery. Slightly mad, has a spot of post-traumatic stress disorder from a stint in the Blood Wars.
Expanded: Sar'Pynestae Tahlae.
3/4 elf, 1/4 succubus tiefling.
Chaotic Good non-magical Ranger. Will eventually take the Tempest prestige class.
18 Str and Dex, 17 Con and Int, Wis 10, Cha 15 - looks about an 18 Charisma (what with the Succubus blood an' all), but is somewhat mentally unhinged, has a short snapping temper, and not very strong self-esteem and -confidence.
5'8" tall, female, thin but weighs 250lb (I think we decided that she has really, really dense bones, making her weigh a lot more than she looks). Thick, wild, bright red hair (see the Monster Manual succubus picture, or the Races of the Wild Wildrunner). Eyes with black "whites" and a red iris (like Gambit's eyes). Pointed teeth, pale blush-prone skin, small black horns.
Animal companion: a tony coral snake called Lue.
Has a bow and various other weapons, but usually wields a +1 Longsword in one hand and a +1 adamantine shortsword in the other. Also has something called a Sylvan Scimitar.
Wears a set of armour called Baelaith inherited from her grandfather: "Baelaith is a battered old set of studded armour crafted from leathery leaves treated by alchemical means. Across the chest the armour bears three long parallel scars gouged deep into the leaves. The leaves are studded with bones and teeth, and the shoulder guards are made with the skull of some horned beast (a balor skull). Nonlegacy stats: +1 studded leafweave armour. It has a big ol' story attached to it.
Boots of the Winterlands, Cloak of Resistance +1, Bracers of the Chimera, Amulet of Health, etc.
Also has a 'specially acquired formal outfit: dark red velvet, ankle-length, sleeveless dress; mid-calf red leather boots; 2 silver arm bands; silver and dark red stone necklace; dark red stone earrings; silver and dark red stone ring; red gloves; red fox fur stole; red cloth headband with a dark red stone.

Kariana Wyndar: Recovering alcoholic female dwarf Knight. Wears lots of armour, wields a great big axe and a large shield with her coat of arms on it. Can't remember proper heraldric terminology, but it's: quartered; top left and bottom right blue with a black wriggle through it going from the top left to bottom right corners; top right and bottom left white with a crossed hammer and pick; bright orange tombstone over the top (indicates "traitor", will remain until her exile term ends). Sideburns but otherwise very female - and very dwarven. Unless she's an elf. Although she was recently turned into a human midget by a trickster god, and now returns back into dwarf form but only when she holds a statue of an angel. Makes armour.

Ellywick: Female gnome Sorcerer/Cleric of Garl Glittergold. Small, petite. Slightly shiny skin (used to be blue - I prefer her blue), ash blonde hair. Uses a gnome hooked hammer formerly owned by her deity. Has acquired a sparkly blue shimmerling familiar. Loves gems, the colour blue, and gadgets.

This little demon girl have long pale blue hair with orange tips, pale reddish skin and two sets of little horns. She has big, empty, dark purple eyes and a big purple gem on her forehead. As a demon, she’s got red, leather wings, a small tail and pointy, pierced ears her clothes are mostly in shades of purple, including a big bow, and she uses clawed Wolverine-style gloves that also have smaller purple gems on them. She wears handcuffs and a large steel collar
