Of course not."smalltongue:
"It's pretty incredible," Erin says, passing judgement on the room. "You've certainly put a lot of effort into it to make it not just a house, but a home."

And she heads...for the hammock, going to hop into it to try it out!

"Yeah," Phil says nostalgically, "This entire building used to be used for storage for some sort of delivery company. It was really run down when I bought it."
The hammock is sturdy and comfy, and gently swings side to side.

[Al's]

Dani's face falls a bit as Alexis reminds her of the past, but she rallies, and nods.
"Yeah, as soon as she undeadtimes."
Which hopefully will be when Alexis is undeadtimed too.

"Looks like you've been busy, then. It's always good to take something other people think is worthless and make it into something incredible, isn't it?"
Erin smiles, and hums a bit of The Touch of the Master's Hand.

"Fun, too," Phil smiles, "Wanna see the rest?"
There's also a fancy kitchen attached to the living room, a rather spacious bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and of course, the bed room. Just sos ya knows.

[Al's]

Dani's face falls a bit as Alexis reminds her of the past, but she rallies, and nods.
"Yeah, as soon as she undeadtimes."
Which hopefully will be when Alexis is undeadtimed too.

(Probably not for a while then. I have a whole bunch of stuff coming due Tomorrow and Wednesday, so I'm probably going to be focused on just working on that stuff. As such you have my permission to if need be to just move the scene along and godmode Alexis)

Alexis forces a smile. "Hey it's not like I'm still dead. So those nasty oozes huh. I'm guessing you were waiting for the one to let go of me." She's just sort of making small talk, and drinking chocolate milk. Yum.

((Aww. OK.))
"Yeah. And yeah." Dani smiles back, then hops up on the counter and sips her pineapple juice. "And everything's going to be good and fun!"

"Of course. The fun is the best part."
Erin grins, hopping out of the hammock.
"And sure. Give me the three-hour tour, big boy."
She winks at Phil!
And, he might notice, she eyes the jaccuzi with distinct interest.

Phil's
Phil will show Erin around the little home he's made for himself up here in the top of the warehouse. The kitchen has similar walls as the living room, but with granite flooring and counter tops and black cabinets and a sleek silver fridge and mini fridge. The bathroom is ocean styled, with blue walls and tan ceramic sink, jacuzzi tub, and toilet, and a circular silver mirror hanging off the wall.
The bedroom has gray walls and even comfier carpet, and shelves all over the walls stacked to the brim in books, parts, and old inventions. Several stacks of notebooks and extra wires are found, and in the middle of the room, between four supports arranged in a rectangle, is a pair of dressers.
Phil hits a button, and the dressers sink into the floor, his waterbed and its thick blue covers coming down and out of the ceiling on a wooden frame.
"That used to be for the ultralight pad, but I don't have a helicopter, so I roofed over the pad and set that up!"

[Phil's]

Erin oohs and ahhs over the kitchen, finding the sleek modern design appealing. And as noted, the jaccuzi tub gets a rather appraising look...

When the bed is revealed, though, she breaks into applause.
"That? That is just totally wicked awesome," she declares, deciding to mention she - well, the other she - can sell Phil a helicopter at a later date.

[Al's]
((Sorry Oh yeah, and I leave town late Wednesday so I have to pack for that too. I won't be getting back from that until Sunday. So yeah. It'll be a while.))

"Well our next adventure after this should be finding the source of the oozes and dealing with it. But first to find the mermaid of GloG right?!" She's about finished the chocolate milk now.

Phil's
Phil notes the look at the tub.
"Would you like to try it out?"
And in the bedroom:
"It's hard to get dressed in a hurry, though. But totally worth it."

[Phil's]

"Well, you just have to make sure you don't have to get dressed in a hurry," Erin says. "Or not bother to dress...and sure, I'd love to give the jaccuzi a whirl. The perfect way to relax after a dinner, I always say!"

((Ah. Well, good luck! ))

"Ditto. On both counts!" Dani grins, tossing back the last of the pineapple juice. "Maybe we could follow the yellow brick road there!"

[Al's]

((Thanks, I'm going to be checking out a prospective university. ))

"To see the wizard? But what could he do!? Chance are when we get there he'll be deadtimed." She throws a wink to Dani.

(They could however bring this to tavern Kris was working on where the players and the characters interact. Only to find out we are the source of the deadtime. Us and our lives. )

Phil's
Phil raises an eyebrow at the dressing comment, but it lowers when he rushes to get the jacuzzi set up.
He turns a few knobs, and soon it is full of frothing warm water being gently knocked every which way and what by the little massage jets.
"I'm pretty sure I would have gone loco by now if I hadn't bought this thing."

[Phil's]

"They are good for relaxing and letting your mind drift away from anything, aren't they?" Erin asks, a soft rustle of fabric sounding behind Phil as he sets up the jacuzzi...

When he turns back, he'll find Erin's evening gown has morphed into a teal bikini, that is...spectacularly UNmodest. Especially in the back. (Dani would approve.) She didn't morph the heels, though...and she smiles at Phil.

...and that would be hilarious. ))

Dani giggles, and winks back at Alexis. "Out of self-preservation? His, or the oozes'?"

Al's

(I think it would be suitably entertaining. )

"I think the oozes. Scared that he might banish them back to deadtime land. It's cold there you know." She's grinning now. "In fact maybe that's why people don't react in deadtime, the oozes actually pull them into their own dimension sort of and use them as heaters."

Phil's eyes widen when he sees Erin.
"Yeah...mind...drifting...away...teh sexies..." Phil shakes his head and grimaces.
"I just said that didn't I?"

(Indeed)

"...hey, that makes too much sense!" Dani protests, also grinning. "But if they're extradimentional critters, maybe we should ask Zee to join us in investigating!"

Erin just giggles, and winks at Phil, sauntering over to the jaccuzi's edge, sitting, and kicking off her heels before swinging her long legs into the tub.
"It's been too long since I've been in one of these."

Phil is unresponsive, his eyes still wide. Hehe.
I've never been in one of those, either.
What are you talking about, I use it all the time. Well...usually for showers, but still!
I was talking about the girl.
Dude, not cool. Innuendo needs some work there.

Al's

"Who says they have to not make sense. They just want a warm coat made of human beings. And the occasionally non-human." Alexis considers that for a second. "She'd certainly know where to start, and would make the quest a lot of fun. Sounds like a plan for our next trip!"

[Al's]

"And elves and drow and gnomes...although I don't think I've ever seen Cosmo deadtimed. Maybe being grumbly repels them?" Dani muses. Then grins and nods. "Yeah, absolutely! It'll be awesome!"

[Phil's]

Erin looks over to Phil, raises an eyebrow, then leans back. Just a bit.
"Cat got your tongue, big boy?" she asks, in a good-natured tone, with a smile.

Al's

"I don't think I've ever seen Cosmo do work either. Doesn't mean it never happens." Alexis giggles and winks at Dani. "We just need to collect Zee and take her away from the bar-tending business!"

Phil sputters and asks what may be the most awkward question he's asked Erin today:
"Mind if I join you?"

[Al's]

"...fair point. And yeah, absolutely! I think there's another girl who tends bar sometimes so she doesn't even have an excuse, either!" Dani declares, bobbing her head.

He's smoooooooth.
"Not one bit," Erin drawls, grinning, and slipping forwards to slide gracefully into the Jaccuzi.
"Mmm..."

Phil concentrates for a second, and then is in his baggy gray surf shorts!
He grins and jumps in, possibly soaking Erin!

Al's

"Though I don't think Cosmo does any work at all. Perhaps that's how he avoid being hit by the deadtime oozes. He's so busy not doing anything the oozes think they already got him." She grins wider. "Yeah and I think she'll want to come anyways!"

[Phil's]

Erin eeps as she's splashed!
Then grins at Phil as her now-soaked white hair drips.
"Hey, watch it!"
She's clearly not mad at all, though.

"Hey, that's a fair point! But I couldn't not do anything," Dani says with a grin. "So we'll just have to go out there and deal with them, that's what!"

Phil turns around quickly, splashing more of the water up and over!
Hopefully there's no floor damage!
"Stop what? This?" he teases, splashing more water at Erin.

[Al's]

"Yeah!! Lets do it." She finishes the last drops of her chocolate milk. All this talk about new adventure ideas has got her wanting to get on the move.

(The pair of them remind me a little bit of Girly. I wonder who is who's sidekick? )

Would be embarassing if the floor rotted out from under them.
"Hey!" Erin protests, then slings a handful of water back at Phil!

"Yeah! Just as soon as we get Delta out of...to meet our friends!" Dani catches herself just before letting the cat out of the bag.

((And clearly Dani is the sidekick. ))

"Yeah.. the Mermaid?" She asks. Good think Delta is deadtimed. This whole thing was a touch suspicious.

Phil yelps as he is drenched by a sheet of water!
He's not as buff as most Aos Si, and he's rather thin, but he IS well muscled, and has abs one would see in a workout commercial.
