Seriously, Maxios? You've done a lot of questionable things, but I think this is quite obviously as Lawful Evil as it gets. Drowning innocent people isn't good. Murdering people whose only crime is making you upset isn't good. Killing everyone and anyone who steps even a little out of line isn't good, going on a genocidal rampage to eliminate an entire race, wiping out a bunch of people dedicated to redeeming villains isn't good, and pretty much everything else on this list isn't Lawful Good.

I'm not even going to ask you to explain this. At this point, it's obvious to me that the character you think you're playing is nothing like the character the rest of us see. I just want you to know that I'm going to go out of my way to not have anything to do with LANTERN, because this is just ridiculous.

I've had a couple cockney characters before.

They speaks in a way wot makes m' cringe, they do, though when I write down their accent they ain't so full of them little apostrophes and mostly focus on th' manner a speech itself. A'course, I like t'say words wot make people 'ardly notice th' accent in th'first place, see?

It came out slightly bastardized, but one of my favourite things was to write the "ow" sound as "oo", like in the word "Brown". It became "Broon". It was really hard to keep consistent, seeing as I'm not Scottish and don't have an easy frame of reference.

My character Carrie is a Scot, but the accent just doesn't get done because I am a lazy, lazy person.
But you can tell she's a Scot 'cause she likes plaid and booze. That's Scotland, right?

I think of Maxios having a slight Italian accent when he speaks, but I'm too lazy to have him introduce himself as "It's a me, Maxios" along with the other stuff. He does show it with a love of pasta, spaghetti, pizza, and cheese.

Care has an RP accent, because she's from the Empire, and for some reason Imperial citizens in Star Wars all have to undergo speech training in order to obtain that 'classically trained' air all the officers in the first movie had.

Kal also has a British accent of some sort, because again, British = Evil (obviously) and Aran's a Londoner of some description.

None of my other characters have defined accents...

I am sure you've noticed how there is always like 6 different things going on inside involving different groups in different places. But, for all the intended seperation, we're stuck using the same few tags [Streets] or [Slums], or maybe [Blue Zone] if we're feeling different. To someone coming in on things it's very hard to keep track of who's doing what with who. (Names of characters in posts would also be helpful, but that's another argument entirely)

In order to reduce confusion, I suggest to you the creation of street names within the city of Inside. That way if there's a big fight going down on Main Street the young couple enjoying a stroll down Maple Drive won't be effected by it and we'll know, OoC, that the two events and all the characters involved are seperate.

What do you all think? Good idea? It hink we'll only need a handfull of names for both the [Streets] and the [Slums] possibly thematic so we can tell which belongs where.

The careful observer may notice that Trix says "in'" instead of "ing". Why this is, I'm not sure. There are many different accents that do that. She could be anything from Southern to a light welsh accent for all I know.

I've been considering the recent events in the slums and I do believe that gang presence is quite low there. It makes more sense for an intolerable gang presence to have entrenched itself in that area.

Cutting to the chase, who wants to help me create a gang to rule all others or thinks it is an idea worthy of the Nexus?

Of course, it wouldn't threaten the IA. That is just bad business. They might buy off the IA or ally with them against a common enemy to avoid this.

I like the idea. Maybe to make it obvious what zone we're in, all streets in the Blue zone can have blue themed names (Azure Street, Cerulean Lane), and Yellow and Red accordingly.

Not sure about Null zone. Naught Blvd? Zero Road?
