I know during the top of round 6, she was southwest of S7-S9 area. That hints at an initial southern movement, and suggests she's circling counterclockwise. She's had another turn, but hasn't entered my line of sight down the T and U row, which suggests she may have gone up the middle; otherwise she's moving south, and just not quite to the T row. Let's try for seeing her, without opening myself up too much to being seen. The 1 row is in total darkness for characters without low-light, and so long as I'm over 60 feet from her, that darkvision potion won't help her. Meanwhile, I should have bright illumination down T and U rows, all the way down. If someone moves that way, I should see it.

Combine that with my last listen check, where I only heard her when there was direct LOS between us, and that suggests two things. One, the penalty for hearing through a wall is pretty stiff. Two, she stopped as soon as she entered direct LOS. That suggests she sees me.
Also, she's moving faster now, which suggests a reason for slow moving earlier. Based on previous matches, she's likely buffed to the high heavens. I'll assume she's got resist, spider climb, darkvision, and the like up. Unfortunate, also: I wasted my time while she was buffing. I'd have been better off just blinking here earlier and camo netting.
East by Southeast is mostly blocked by walls. If she sees me, then she's in a position to negate my hide roll, which is unfortunate. If I don't see her, she's still benefitting from cover/concealment. More likely: Standing on my carriage with crossbow. Less likely: Dropped the crossbow, and using the walls as shields with spider climb.
Either way, I have to operate on the assumption that I've been seen. I'll go with worst case scenario, and assume she's on the carriage, where she can shoot me. If she's in Y10(+10), and makes a jump check, she can see me in a single move action if I blink back to where I was. It would take her a double move to see me if I blink a bit west, though. Since range is likely to get close now, I can't rely on cover of darkness to hide.... Unless I can increase range again.

Rai wasn't really designed to be a stealth character... well, on the bright side, there's nowhere up top she could have gone that wouldn't be in range of my Darkvision, so she must have gone down, and... without knowing whether she's expanded her Blink Shirt, it's hard to say whether this will work. But I know she doesn't have the action for camo-ing, so I may as well try it anyway.

you guys have any thoughts what to do with Candles after the Round finishes? The map is nice enough, but can get too much of a hassle when people throw around a multitude of light sources. It can get as complicated as the Sinking Islands we removed for it. I guess we either need to remove the map from circulation or add a magical effect that winks out any unattended lightsources, meaning you'd have to carry your torch or lantern

I could work up a replacement with a simpler concealment mechanic than darkness. If we wink out unattended light sources instead, would that include magical effects, such as Dancing Lights?

Unattended lights being extinguished at end of turn might work (magical and non-magical). Allows you to throw a light somewhere or illuminate an area briefly, but limits the amount of lights you can have up simultaneously.
