"The soulthralls are not undead. They are technomantic constructs. Given the material they were crafted from, it is an easy mistake to make, but it is still a mistake and misinformation can be incredibly dangerous. I am more than capable of handling myself and coping with danger. No discovery is completely safe. We do not wish to help secure it, merely study it and record it for future generations of scholars as an unbiased and external party." If a magic scan is done on the soulthralls, it might find that they aren't undead, but instead magictech machines powered by the essence and energies of a soul. So still slightly ethically suspect.

Thump hisss thump hisss thump hisss

Someone is coming to GLoG, and he's sure making a lot of noice doing it. The person stomps past the departing encyclopede and stomps over to the drones when he spots them. He's a dwarf clearly. Four feet tall, black beard tucked into his belt, what little of his face that is visible is ruddy. He's wearing a simple, sleeveless tunic. One of his arms is replaced by a shiny, brass coloured, robotic arm. His other arm is thickly muscled from many years of forge work probably. On his back is a large pack absolutely covered in pockets. Strapped under that appears to be a small keg. On either side of his waist is a battle axe.

Once he gets to the drones he peers at them closely... as in from a couple inches away. His red, mechanical eye wirrs and clicks as it focuses. His other eye is fogged over with its pupil barely visible.

"What kinda robots are dese?" he asks no one in particular.

Oh and scans might reveal he is a lich.

He focuses on what the drone says, "Good League o Good. Kinda redunent ain't it? Sounds like dere full o demselves too.""

Woods To Crash Site

The Encyclopede, a seven-foot-long millipede-like being that holds the first three foot of its length off the ground and its two ogre skeletons with bronze machinery built into their ribcages are making their way through the woods. It looks like they headed into the woods after out of site of the drones. The Encyclopede is holding a camera, geiger counter, magic-detector, a small bag and a litter picker.

"Dat's why names should never be refrences. Gunna get outdated sometime." Thrig explains, probably unnecessarily.

"Anyhow, where's dat crash I saw? I'm ere ta take a look at it."

There is of course no radiant Yen.

There is also no radiation leakage out here at least. It's likely a good thing it was a fusion reactor and not a fission reactor. The latter tends to be much messier in that department, I think, though I may be wrong.

Sunny can likely get into the ruined vessel with the extra gear. It'll prove rather inhospitable, of course.

Her entry point seems to be a certain ruined drop bay, spattered with blood (drying, but not old), and four strange, mangled corpses lie nearby.

The first is wearing old K-Corp armor manufactured for the Imperial Army. The ends of the arms, however, are stripped, revealing clawed, cybernetic hands, the claws covered in blood. There are noticeable holes in the armor's chest, coming out the back if checked.

The second is also wearing K-Corp IA armor, though this one's helmet is missing, revealing a face with metal attached to it in many places, and cold cybernetic eyes in his eye sockets. His cause of death does not seem to have involved bleeding as such-but if Sunny tries to sense such things, his cybernetics were fried by a massive electrical shock.

The other two are similar to each other. A pair of heavily damaged assault rifles lies nearby, likely once wielded by them. Their armor is much lighter than Vyrn's or the cyborgs', oddly resembling that formerly used by ISF troopers. One's head is barely there, blasted through by a certain high-power energy sniper weapon, and the other had his throat cut and claws stabbed into his chest...which probably explains where the blood on the cyborg's claws came from.

The cyborgs are Drelin's, and obviously was hostile to the others, likely meaning they were with Vyrn.

If Sunny tries to sense such things, or just looks around, there are two other weapons lying nearby-one a miniaturized lightning cannon, and the other seeming to be a gauss rifle, capable of full-auto fire, oddly enough.

Vyrn's weapons. They're both damaged, namely around the grip and barrel, as if someone was playing a tug of war with guns of all things. Vyrn obviously didn't win, which implies something about whoever disarmed him, considering he was in power armor...

Assuming Sunny moves on, she'll find similar scenes of death throughout the wreck, though the number of dead troopers is much larger than that of dead cyborgs. There are also many dead normals in a variety of clothing-ranging from rags to fairly normal clothes to Imperial Army uniforms. This was the crew Drelin kept under his control through his cybernetic minions.

Ultimately, she'll reach the reactor room, which seems remarkably intact compared to much of the ship. It's likely related to the whole 'nuclear power can be rather dangerous' thing. The Spectre's designers must have designed the room to be tougher than much of the interior...but it's still damaged. Sunny can likely tell that if it's allowed to stay as it is, the reactor will ultimately become quite dangerous.

"Something crashed, duh," is Mikani's response to Claire.
At the drone's warning, though, she pauses...
"But...why isn't it safe?" she asks the drone, curiously.

Shrike calms down, but manages to get across to Zamira that she's ready to be let go.

Mikani's eyes widen a bit, and she steps back.
"Is...this mutating radiation?" she asks, worried.
But doesn't turn to leave yet.

Shrike promptly heads to freshen up.
And returns, getting dressed.
"Let's go get some breakfast, OK?"

Marley headed back to his cabin after being told to go by Eijar.

Zamira will join her in the shower, then nod when they both come out. "Sounds like a plan."

Inside

Sunny doesn't like seeing all of the corpses, but she came here to do a job, so she's going to do it. Fortunately corpses don't trigger her panic button the way they do her sister. The cybernetics and weaponry is also interesting to her, but again - job to do. Nothing is getting closely examined yet.

Once in the reactor room, she uses her machine empathy to work out how to safely shut down the reactor. "Shhh, it's okay, Spectre. It won't hurt much longer."

Outside

The drone continues to protest, but I don't think Thrid is going to listen.

Crash Site

The Encyclopede and its two ogrish soulthralls arrive here. The millipede-like creature starts taking photographs of the wreck, and uses the litter-pickers to pick up bits of shrapnel and put them in the small bag, which doesn't seem to get full. The ogrish soulthralls, ogre skeletons with bronze machinery in their ribcages help by moving larger pieces and looking for a way in.

Thrid continues on his way to the crash site, grumbling about irritating robots.

Thrid arrives and grumbles even more when he sees more annoying robots.

"Outta de way!" He shouts and will try and walk right by them.

(Been a while since I posted for the patients)

With a start, one of the survivors of Omelette eyes snap open.

Patient #1: From Hamlet. No visible symptoms. Awake
Patient #2: From Hamlet. Moaning in pain, semi-conscious.
Patient #4: From Omelette. Bleeding endlessly, but not dead, as regenerative powers are countering the damage as quickly as it happens.
Patient #6. From Omelette. No visible symptoms, awake for a while but lapsed back into unconsciousness.
Patient #7: From Omelette. No visible symptoms. Comatose.
Patient #8: From Omelette. Glowing, intensity of glow has diminished thanks to the Neon Knight draining off the excess magical energy.
Patient #10: From Omelette. Babbling incomprehensibly. Consciousness unknown.
Patient #11: From Omelette. Skin still igniting at random points, but more erratic now, some burst smaller, some bigger. Comatose. Fire ignited in lungs, killing him.

...I think Mikani just insulted the drones.
As it is, though, between the drones and Claire's tugging, she allows herself to be pulled away!

As it is, though, Shrike chuckles, and goes to lead the way to the Main Lodge.

It's possible the two Exalted might encounter Thrid on the way there?
