"Calm yourselves everyone. I will take Harley and Diana to check out the chest, they could use another pair of eyes to make sure they dont get themselves killed." Shudu reasoned, "Everyone else, I suggest you either sit here or go with Welby. We will be back in a moment or two.."

To Diana and Harley, "Lets go you two,"

Harley becomes indignant, "QUIN RELEASED THE GOLEM! And I am here to bring back my kids! But any clue that this dungeon might yield will help us-and I can't let Daina get herself killed..."
Daina is beginning to get annoyed with Welby and Harley alike...
Without a word she climbs through the sphere and disappears into the crawlway...
Flipping through her spellbook, Dranga muses, "The LAST time she left, she DID find THIS place... Harley, maybe you should stay here... I'll look after her."
With that, the dwarf shuts her book and follows after Daina.
Knuckling his forehead, Harley moves south, to study the arch at the end of the Hall.
Meanwhile, the Apprentice is having a look through the items left behind by Snake, Bob and The Vampire.
Conflicted, Harley follows after Shudu instead...

When Dranga, Harley, Shudu and Daina enter the chamber, Shudu is surprised by the range of curses that are uttered by the three adventurers...
Three chests sit in the center of the room...
...all of them opened...
The gold, silver and wood all free to look at.
"Where's the golem?"
Looking around, Shudu can see no sign of any creature...
"It's bones should be right here! Even the blades are missing!"
"Myyyyyy chest!"
Daina takes a step forward to run to the golden chest, but catches herself...
Just behind the chest, a scaled tail pokes from out of sight...

"MOVE!" Shudu yells, hoping to get her attention.. "MOVE!"

He runs ten feet, fires at the tail, and continues to move to the unsuspecting adventurer.

Daina and Shudu fire their arrows at the same moment, transfixing the two and a half-foot length of tail with about four arrow heads...

Shudu keeps running, dropping his bow over his shoulder and pulling out his axe. He is ready to hack whatever is behind the chest..

He is running around the chest to see what they killed. (He has a +2 AC for skirmish ^^)

Along the edges of the chest, Shudu can see multiple warpings in the gold edges that form the lip of opening...
Dranga notices them as well, and stoops down to examine the scaled tail.
Daina peers inside the chest and beams, reaching inside...
Harley stops her, gripping her hand by the wrist...
"I've SEEN this one before..."
Daina pulls her hand back and let's Harley take a look at the opened chest first...
He gives the lid and the sides a dismissive look...
Reaching along the bottom of chest, Harley pulls out an eyelash...
Scowling, he reaches into the chest, and pulls out the golden amulet, tossing it to Daina who giggles with joy.

She resumes her study of Bob's inventory, scowling at the typical low intelligence of a barbarian...

The barbarian presses his hand against the cold-stone, and is quite sure that this sphere is just that. Solid, good-old fashioned rock.
Having completed her catalogue of the items on the ground, and a moment of though, Pharrah joins the barbarian in the search, directing her attention to the west wall...

Just a heads up, taking 20 is always an option since you guys are under no pressure or hurry...

Alter self to my usual.

Welby sees them looking to the ground. He snaps his fingers and says

"Told you so! Alaksokolieskaieginevraxioli!" his form becomes even smaller, from about 3 feet to 1 and 1/2 and he sprouts small fairy wings that beat at great speed. His skin darkens and he takes off moving away from the ground.

Shudu jumps to the wall, leaving the ground beneath him. He looked down to see what ever was down there whilst pulling out his bow, putting up an arrow, and getting onto the ceiling.

What is going on? I use my cloak to stick to the ceiling so I am no where near whatever it was.

And they are most certainly not here... And Harley found the material components to an Invisibility spell of some sort..."
