Quinn, then, is busy checking Crissellea's vital signs and fussing worriedly over her friend.

Crissellea swats at Quinn. " St-stop already. " She says and huffs a little. " Quinn, please just get me some water and food please... I'm alright... " She says and looks at the IV in her arm. " And can you take this out? "

[The Bushranger]

"I'm the doctor here," Quinn says, but she smiles. "I can, but you'll need to drink plenty of electrolyte water for awhile. You have a low-grade cold and depressed immune system," she warns as she cautiously goes to disconnect her from the IV.

Crissellea huffs. " Yes, I know. I'll be fine though, I always am. " Crissellea seems a bit up set at Quinn as she talks. " I don't need another doctor telling me what I already know. " She sniffs and wipes her nose a little.

Quinn frowns, it suddenly clicking in her mind what's going on, and she quickly tries to give Crissella a hug.
"I'm sorry, Cris, I didn't mean..."

Crissellea pauses and then returns the hug. " I know Quinn... It's just... I don't want another doctor... I know you care but... " Crissellea sniffs. Then tries to push Quinn back a bit. " Now... while I'm here I need to talk to you about something. "

[size-1]"Then I won't be your doctor. I'll just be your friend,"[/size] Quinn promises, before hurrying off and returning with blueberry muffins and orange juice! "Here. Now, what is it you needed to talk about?" she asks, taking a seat.

Crissellea smiles and nods. Then Quinn returns with orange juice and muffins. The fair maiden downs the orange juice quickly. " Now, even though your my friend and I yours I'm still a major funder for GLoG. It's... well it's about that Aurora broadcast a few days ago... "

Quinn sighs, and nods. "You mean the one where they were all nice and friendly when asking questions, then turned around and twisted everything to make it sound horrible?" she says. "But anyway, yeah, I can see you'd be concerned."

((Back after dinner.))

" Now, I don't plan on cutting funding... well not by much but I do believe they made some good points. I just think that maybe you should... well... take some of their advice. You don't have to just... a suggestion. " Crissellea says and seems to shrink into herself a little bit as she does. Then she perks up. " Oh, I'm also going to be having a charity fundraiser soon and want to invite you and anyone else from GLoG to come. Oh, I also wanted to have a private little dinner party for those that rescued me. " Crissellea takes a deep breath and then eats one of the muffins. " Wooo.... tired... I think I'm going to lay back for a bit. " She says and lays back onto the bed.

Thecla has found a spot nearby to curl up and wait.

"Well, there is some good points, I suppose," Quinn admits. "But...well, I'm not sure how to do it without compromising our core goals. The dinner party sounds great though. Jamie will love it."

Olivia scowls, not really in the position to go about having a conversation. But she talks with the dog on her chest anyway, as she doesn't need to breath or anything.

"No... But your's?"

The girl looks very uncertain.

"I suppose it would..."

Well, that's a problem easily solved then. She says, taking off a gauntlet then taking her battleaxe out. How much blood do you need? She asks, waving the battleaxe in what I'm sure she thinks is an encouraging manner.

"Well, I dunno. I..."

Olivia is still nervous. The battleaxe isn't helping. Is the dwarf going to...?

"I'm never not hungry, but... Maybe like half of a cup?"

[Neon Knight]

Main Lodge

Timidly and sheepishly, Cierra also takes a seat. "I.. I c-can't even imagine..." She had a daughter? It must ahve been terrible for her. Cierra feels sick to her stomach. What had she been thinking? She couldn't even understand what she had been doing, and why she had been doing it. The person that had done those things almost felt like an alien being. Was she insane? Did she need to be locked up before she reverted and hurt someone else? She was just at a loss. The feeling that she didn't know herself, didn't understand herself, and that she secretly was this awful, inhuman being was terrible. But it couldn't even begin to approach what Happy's daughter had felt.

Was there anything she could ever do or say that could really make this better, that could compensate for this?

Mikani promptly drops to the ground, slapping her hands palm-down upon it.

Kudzu promptly springs forth, attempting to entangle both the teapot and the Knightly Nutcracker!

Thankfully, at least, it isn't Dire Kudzu...

The Knight and tea pot are caught up in the sudden growth of pesky plants! The nutcracker struggles mightily and the tea pot bucks like an angry stallion, but both appear to be caught and subdued. "Accursed sorcery! Very well, I will face my fate bravely! What end do you have in store for me, vile witch? The beast's jaws? Fire? I shall face them all unflinchingly!"

Three elves are here, staring wide-eyed at everything. They are wearing simple tunics, and the tallest, a red-haired and green-eyed wood elf, is in front. Behind him is a brown-haired and blue-eyed high elf, and last is the shortest, a purple-eyed and black-haired wild elf. Their feet are bare, and seriously scratched.

"Well, I dunno. I..."

Olivia is still nervous. The battleaxe isn't helping. Is the dwarf going to...?

"I'm never not hungry, but... Maybe like half of a cup?"

Alright then, easy enough. She says, cutting a line down her palm. She didn't even hesitate. o.o

She grabs a nearby piece of glassware and waits as her blood starts dripping down into it.

Say when, yeah?

Olivia just stares morbidly at the dropping blood, not responding at all once it starts dripping. Her lip quivers, and its obvious the girl is wrestling with the immediate urge to pounce upon the warm and delicious liquid.

After the glass is about a quarter of the way full, assuming the dwarf is a bit more hardy than a human and doesn't stop, she'll dart a suddenly claw-like hand forward to snatch up the "beverage" and hungrily bring it to her lips. While she scarfs down the blood, Olivia's other hand snakes forward to try to grab the wrist of the dwarf's bloodied hand.

For gods' sakes girl. She says, her bloodied hand darting back away from Olivia's, her other swinging across to hit it as hard as she can. The dwarf backs away, noting with dismay that her gauntlet is still next to the bed.

Fez Hat Reinholdt kitty, who was totally there the whole time, watches with almost morbid fascination.
"You're never satiated, huh?" He asks.

Olivia's hand is easily knocked aside. The feeding vampire doesn't seem to notice, though the bruised hand returns to her side. The bruise disappears instantly. When the cup is empty once more, Olivia snarls slightly. But quickly regains control, as the angry expression is replaces by one of embarrassment.

"S-sorry about that. I didn't mean to, I just..."

Olivia trails off and looks away from the dwarf, because of embarrassment and because of the dwarf's tantalizingly still-bloodied hand. Reinholdt draws her attention away from it, thankfully. But the vampire can still smell the fresh blood.

"Yeah..."

[Reinholdt]

[Infirmary]

"Huh. Most vampires usually are satisfied after some packets or donations. At least... the ones I met that weren't trying to kill me were. Any idea why you're different?"

Olivia looks away, ashamed again.

"I... Well, I feel like I can fight the hunger now... It's just... still hard to."

Not different. Just weak.

Awww... poor girl.
I wonder if the other Reinholdt still has some of that Weald water. The one that has 50% chance of curing vampirism and 50% chance of turning them into more feral and more powerful monsters.
...
Probably best to never find out.
