The Search For Cash
A long time ago in a galaxy far far away...
The merchantile trade federation has blockaded the peaceful planet of Naboo and is threatening to buy busted subprime mortages unless the Naboo queen, Amidala, agrees to sign a treaty with them.
Chancellor Valorum, fearful of what could happen if the Trade Federation were to crash and require the Republic to purchase off some of its debt, has sent a group of negotiators to the blockade in hopes of finding some way to satisfy everyone's concerns without resorting to an expensive bailout.
Valorum has asked the Jedi to send some of their good financial advisors to assist in the negotiations...
Your ship exits hyperspace around teh planet Naboo and you land on a ship in the blockade and are escorted to a room to wait. What shall you do?Blog Read and Comment! I use green for joking and Blue for sarcasm.

Standing towards the foot of the table Mace casually touches his lightsaber, its presence was reassuring here. No where in the galaxy had he seen such raw and unbridled evil as was being displayed by this Trade Federation.
"I have a bad feeling about these negotiations. Why would the Trade Federation buy sub-prime mortages in the first place? Its almost like they are intentionally trying to hold the republic hostage!"

Sitting very still at the table he waits. "Don't worry the negotiations will be quick. The Federation can't possibly think that they can threaten the Republic without repurcussions. A butler droid enters with drinks for the two Jedi on a tray. It delivers the drinks to the two jedi then leaves. It will answer questions if asked.
