Also, regarding the Drones, i seem to remember you saying they were supposed to be for going against Mortal Coil. if that's the case, don't you think having over 40 for them is excessive? Especially since they're all armed and armored with railguns and reactive armor?

Well, the Drones aren't for fighting MC. They'd get slaughtered. That's precisely why Riv is engineering the elites. And in case you haven't noticed, they kinda get killed by the truckload. That said, I won't ever actually use more then thirty or so of them at a time.

If I did, I meant the Elites, sorry for any confusion. The Drones are just very well armed workers, an equal sized squad of professional soldiers could slaughter them.

I do not buy it. And frankly? The Drones as they are are plenty powerful enough as is.

They're armed with fully automatic anti-tank weapons and equipped with armor that has at least some way to stop pretty much anything thrown at it.

You did, but even so, 30 Drones with automatic railguns, and armor that provides laser reflection, magic resistance, multiplies their strength and speed 10 fold...

Even Mortal Coil equipment isn't this powerful for the most part, except in specialist roles such as the Wraiths, and they never come out in full strength, which is about 30 people by now.

AND they are much easier to replace than any Mortal Coil member.

Yes, this was some time ago, you said the Pizza Drones were meant to take on Mortal Coil. That was the rationale you used in AMEN for why you needed them instead of regular henchmen.

I did a thing and called 'em drones a bajillion years ago (though still after GLoG's drones). They had right triangles for heads!

Anyway, yeah, I am trying to make the Drones non-overpowered, but for the record, it's been Riv's plan to create the Elite Drones since shortly after he created his first clone.

drone is a catch all term though, like cyborg or computer, making a solid 'we had it first' claim is kinda asking for it to be used anyway, like Kleenex, the name got stolen because the thing needed a generalized name

It as it this point, thanks to the distraction, Jasper activates his little trinket, that is, the artifact he stores in his pocket. It's not teleportation, not by a long shot, but it does nearly the same, and should cause both Jasper and Legion to vanish, then re-appear at AMEN, as the universe is suddenly convinced they should be elsewhere.

It's totally teleportation.
