Prometheus grabs the gun and charges at the door, trying to smash through it if it's locked. He will then run towards the nearest bathroom, reloading the gun with his last clip as he does so, and firing at any students in his path.

Juan just shakes his head at the thought of trying to capture a Genestealer. "These things tear apart tank hulls with their claws, come in swarms for the most part, and have thralls in the main populace. Even if we got one of their cultist thralls, the rest will know you're a threat, and tear you to pieces in ways I can't. They're a Hive Mind." Does...does the daemonhost sound somewhat afraid?

Delta nods. Yeah, get some sleep. Probably gonna need it.

Delta herself will find a comfy chair and sit in it, not actually sleeping. She doesn't need much sleep, really. Only a couple hours. And she wanted to time her waking with Jamie's.

"A hive mind? That's easy to spot psychically." Jack says, looking at Juan when he speaks. The hollow man smiles at him. "But if you're scared, I'll happily hunt these thralls for you."

Then he gets hugged. And she might note, the other half of him is unsettled by anything remotely like affection. Which is why, for a couple seconds, he just looks a little startled.

Then his 'human' personality kicks in and he responds with a gentle embrace. "I missed you too."

They probably sell tools here. He says, scratching his head with his wrench.

And Harnel arrives here, being pulled along by a Gremlin scientist. Gotta love the determination of the little folk. And scientists. a combination must truly be a force to be reckoned with.

Harnel really should be careful around Iggy

"Exactly what tools are we looking for, anyways?" he asks. It feels odd speaking to someone who is about a seventh your size.

Prometheus does indeed lock the door behind him, ignoring the sound of the students trying to batter down the door as he pulls the envelope from the parcel and hurls it into the second stall with excellent aim. That done, he looks for the hand-dryers.

Xifra likes that she startled the Other. Another small sense of power. But she genuinely is fond of it, for whatever the affection of an insane woman is worth.

She has nothing to add to the Genestealer discussion. She's been keeping out of the way of the hunt for the most part.

Wrench, screwdriver, hammer... Tools. He says, entering the front door. It's pretty obvious. He says with a frown.

OI! WHERE ARE THE TOOLS? Iggy shouts.

Juan growls and throws his hands up in frustration, looking at the other Black. "You explain it to him."

She sighs and pulls out a paper, showing a Purestrain Genestealer. "These are what we're worried about. The Purestrains. Their armor is tough enough to deflect bolter rounds." She says, pulling one from a pouch at her waist, showing a bullet thicker than a thumb before putting it back. "They are faster than most people can sprint, and always come in swarms. Their leaders, Broodlords, are even tougher than that. And as he said, a normal Purestrain can tear tank hulls apart with ease."

He's hit with an even louder shout from a massive Magbot who totally wasn't on the guy's right a second ago.

Despite being startled by the sudden very loud voice, Harnel retains his composure.

Harnel isn't going to resist if he's dragged along - in fact he'll stay right behind Iggy. However, he does take the time to look strangely at the robot, seming to size it up for a moment.

"He's a tall fellow. Has dark hair and a goatee." The brewer recalls.

"And he's got this funny looking sword." The apple merchant remembers. "It's not metal. Might be bone?" The man frowns in distaste. Good people don't carry weapons made out of bone, right? "I see him sometimes, on the edge of the woods near my orchard. It's not normal, I tell you. The forest is dangerous."

Jack pulls away from Xifra and looks at the pair of them, frowning a bit. He quirks a brow at the information, then asks, "If their defenders are so tough, how did you plan to get rid of these cultists in the first place? And honestly, you think an entire swarm of them would make it to these slums before being put down by the Imperial Army?" He waves a hand dismissively. "I'm sure I could handle a few of the stupid things."

Bone swords are not particularly common, to the best of Kara's knowledge.
Mostly because they're kind of icky to make.

However, that odd thought can get thought on more later. The apple fellow has a lead for them! Hooray!
Now Karaglen can march over to the forest and demand an explanation, maybe make the fellow fix the food, too.
Maybe this other person can come, too, but he doesn't have to.
Lots of woods around here are kind of dangerous...where can we find your orchard?

"The other reason they're a threat, is because they interbreed with the local populace, making half-breeds who are almost indistinguishable from the base victim race, and eventually more Pure-Strains. They don't need an army to infiltrate an area. Just one, and time. They also implant some victims with alien organs to control them from within, making it difficult for even psykers to tell them apart."

Justinian thinks for a moment. "Would you show me where you've seen him? Near the woods? I'll try to find out what is going on." he says even as a small part of him keeps telling him that he'll finally be able to fight someone, to hurt them, and even kill.

And that it'll feel wonderful.

If they're small and in the neighborhood, I can find and kill them for you. Even if there's a few others, I'll happily deal with it. What's the problem?"

It's an eight foot giant with an extremely thick outer coating. He's totally going to be fine. The aisle has all the stuff one might expect, obviously, and a few bazillion odd things you definitely wouldn't.

Prometheus turns on the hot water in the first two sinks, the cold water in the last, before turning to face the dryers, taking a deep breath, and hitting the middle one's "On" button.

Warwick Works

Outside Warwick Works, in the Yellow Zone, a massive pair of legs walks out the giant delivery door and steps down off the loading dock. A few minutes later, a massive torso walks out on the knuckles of two of its six arms. The legs squat to make it easier for the torso to drag itself up onto the legs and mount itself.

Finally, a massive head drives out, apparently having locomotion of its own, with Warwick in one of the eye cockpits and Magtok in the other. The two uppermost arms of the mecha reach down and grab hold of the head and pull it up to attach it to the top, making it about 80 feet tall.

"It's alive! It's ALIIIIIIIIIVE!!!!!" Warwick laughs maniacally, making sure to record the laughter to get Continuing Professional Development credit in the Association of Scientific Supervillainy. "So, what should we name it, Tom?" he asks Magtok.

Magtok just rolls his eye. Not the cockpit eye, I mean the one in his head. The not-red eye.

Eh, I dunno. The Wartok? I doubt we're ever going to have another collab like this, so we might as well combine our names and make a punny reference the only animal uglier than your mother while we still can.

Magtok has a finger point dramatically in the direction of Stroffelnburg's psychiatric ward. A finger on the left hand, of course. He is all about the left side of things, clearly.

"The problem, Jack..." says a beautiful voice behind them. If they look, they'll see a tall and pale woman wearing a half white mask. Their leader. "Is that they don't think you're taking it seriously enough. These things can destroy entire worlds, and it's likely I'm going to give a call to The Empire even though they lack control in this area. If you think you can handle an infestation of these things by yourself, by all means, go ahead and try. But right now, estimated numbers are between 10-20 Purestrain, a Broodlord, Patriarch, and many more Hybrids or Thralls if it's as large as we fear. It's probably only a young group though, so we're lucky they were exposed early."
