Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Well, this both shines a light on how hilarious the situation from the manga is, with neither Zorro nor Luffy being able to get anywhere on their own at sea, and it also showns how hard a deal Zorro got with that flaw, he cant even go anywhere alone on dry land.

Don't you mean if he rolls 00 he goes the right way, not 99? Or is 00 roll again?

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Interesting, is the GM going to make Shanks super powerful from this, or is Luke just borrowing a powerful guy from the setting for this backstory?

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
I have added a cast page! XD
http://www.drunkduck.com/One_Piece_G..._point_5/cast/
Btw, I'm thinking of doing an FAQ right after the Buggy arc. Anyone know how gathering questions to answers is generally done? Do I just grab some questions from the comments section or what? ~_^

Lol,
Wow, you must be hungry
On a side note, any chance of adding a "newest comic" button?
I allways end up having to go though 6-7 pages of the old one, before reaching the newest one.thnx to Starwoof for the fine avatar

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Is there anything you can't justify with CN alignment? Burned down a Orphanage? Just go and arrest some evildoer. Helped the authorities? Go ahead and rob them for profit. It all needs to balance out in the end.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Chaotic Neutral really doesn't tell me a lot about the character as such. I think it's silly to look at alignment in general and draw conclusions about the character; at best, you do the reverse.
This did make me go back and look at the other's alignments: Luffy is Chaotic Good, while Zoro and Nami is Chaotic Neutral. Fits them, I guess.
Then I noticed that Natalie had given Nami a Swedish nationality? What's up with that? As a Swede, I don't see any particularly Swedish about Nami, but maybe I'm just not up on American stereotypes about us? Is there something particularly Swedish about Nami's home town? Is the health care thing a joke too? I'm not bothered by it, I'd just like to know :DLast edited by Weimann; 2011-09-21 at 09:20 AM.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Sweden... I think I recall something about Swedish banks being very good places to store your cash, if people(including authorities) tries to seize your assets.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Normally, I would add a newest comic button, but I'm pretty sure I'd have to do that for every single comic I've done so far every single time a new comic comes out. I'm considering just making a group on Dev Art or have the newest comic button go to the drunk duck site.
As for Nami's Swedish nationality, it's based on Eiichiro Oda's answer to "If One Piece was set in the real world, which countries would the nine Straw Hats come from?" in SBS volume 56.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Thanks for the link. But how is Brook Austrian? Because he plays the piano sometimes?
Also, I think there is a particular idea of Swedish females in certain aspects of their build that fits Nami (and Robin) rather well.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
Heh. Luffy's meeting with the pavement reminds me of my character once leaping out of a forty foot crow's nest to more rapidly get back into a fight that had resumed in his absence. Despite the GM not allowing epic Tumble, still got the damage down to 4.
Latest comics are awesome, btw. Can't wait to see Cory's reaction to Buggy.Last edited by Sucrose; 2011-09-28 at 10:39 PM.

Re: One Piece: Grand Line 3.5
The Frankenstein thing was great.
"Hey Cory, can I borrow your dice?" Oh SH-
Page 100 was really great. I agree that page 101 was a bit... off. I'd have expected something more cinematic after that one-liner.
Oh, by the way, congratulations on 100 pages! *TOOT*
What catch-phrases are there yet? I can only really think of "Hey Cory, can I borrow your dice?" and "I was raised by owls!"Last edited by Weimann; 2011-10-03 at 06:33 AM.

Been reading the comic for a few weeks now, and I just wanted to say "good job".
Also, I just noticed the banner ad on the bottom of the page here on the forums.Last edited by Justyn; 2011-10-09 at 05:15 AM.
