Azik stands there somewhat silently. He had actually wanted to talk to Sunny about her 'constructs', but he wasn't going to intrude between her and Geoff - he'd made a bad habit of that in the past. Of course, he may not realize he's intruding on a conversation if they don't want to be overheard

Geoff smiles a bit. "Anything special you want them to sing?" He asks. "Or should I find something for a surprise?"

Carol gives a nod before heading out. "Be back soon!" she shouts as she shuts the door.

"I want it to be happy. Let them pick. Or Carl can." Sunny says.

Geoff smiles. "I'll be sure to." He tells her before giving her hand a gentle squeeze and shake. "I'll go ahead and speak to them now, get them to start deciding." Unless stopped, he'll making a running dive into the midst of the Sirens, causing them to laugh and play with him for a while.

Sunny looks away from the pool. She has overcome a lot of her hangups, but watching Geoff and the Sirens is close enough to some of her bad memories to make it uncomfortable to watch. So she turns to face Azik, but is too poor at small talk to come up with anything to say beyond, "Hi."

"Hi" Azik says back, no sure what else to say either. So he goes with blunt, "I was interested in the things you construct."

Anything that lets me use magic to help people. Healing, combat, anything really. Kaesar says. Mainly he's just looking to do some good deeds and all that. That's what the Oath I swore entails, basically. Serve the greater good, one way or another.

"Which ones?" Sunny asks. She makes lots of things! Robots and hoverboots and armor and large scale machinery...

"Anything you're willing to share, really. I understand you construct machines that think, and things that would be considered magical in the world that I'm from, without any magic at all." he reaches down and lifts up Packmate, who waves at Sunny, "I do that as well. I was hoping we may be able to trade designs, or help each other with construction things."

"That isn't a machine. It's magic," Sunny says, pointing at Packmate. "I can't do magic." Her hoverdrone floats up, like the below, except blue in color and not carrying a tray of cookies. "But you can look at my hoverdrone if you like."

Azik puts Pakmate down and moves over to the drone, looking it over as he talks, "I believe there's a way we can help each other. do you ever find that there's things you can't do easily with machines? There's some things I find hard to do with magic. Maybe we can make things that use both."

"Can you do the magitech interface? I can't do that at all." Sunny says. She's worked on magitech before, but someone else always has to do the interface. She also can't do tech-organic interface to make cybernetics.

Gate

After watching a bit to see what's going on, Gus realizes that the two mages are occupied, but that the other gate guards are not. He approaches them and intuitively addresses the female guard. "I'm hoping to see Vasquez. Is she in?" he says, his tone meant to sound innocent and charming. (He's buttoned his shirt up for the occasion )

Packmate hasn't moved from Azik's arms, so he's just sort of sitting there, happy to be in the master's hands, "If you explained to me how the 'tech' pieces work, then I believe I could, yes."

There is a call coming from somewhere in riverside.

Anna appears thoughtful for a moment. "Well, we have someone that will need a bit of protection for a while in Red Zone. Call it a probationary period. Does that sound acceptable for now?"

Gate 2.0

"So do a lot of people. Who are you?" The guard asks, sounding a bit skeptical.

A woman picks up the phone. "Remnant OH DEAR GOD HELP ME!!! Hotline, how may I help you?"

"Hi here is Zefir. I want to talk to ((Forgot the name of the person Zefir talked to))"

"A friend of sorts," Gus says, and does his best to look a little self-conscious. "It's personal. Could I send her a message?"

"Okay. Do you have ideas?" Sunny asks.

"A friend of sorts isn't a name." She says with a touch of annoyance. "We can pass a message, but only if you give us the name first."

The woman takes a moment to look over a reference chart. "Zefir...ah, okay. You can speak to me. Is something happening in AMEN that we should be aware of then?" She asks, flipping on the recording switch.

"I was thinking about attempting some kind of construct. The more life-like the better." he glances towards the sirens. Sunny might be able to guess where he got the inspiration for this idea.

Gate 2.0

"Jacob Stevenson," he says. "And the message is that I'd love a chance to talk to her after what happened."

Motor Pool

"Okay. Do you want to call me after you draw up the plans?" Sunny says. She'll give him her number.

[Halae]

Azik nods, "sure," and takes the card. Briefly, he wonders what the numbers are for, but realizes it must be a form of communication over long distances. What a marvel! Technology was amazing!

"I have to work now," Sunny says, and she heads to her work bench. She's working hard on all her Remnant work so that she can get ahead enough to take some time off for a honeymoon.

"Nothing to offense.
1. They plan to get an artifact, but as far as I know they are just in a planing phase.
2. There is a new member who leaks some minner senses. He is dangerouse Cryus is his name. If you met him be careful.
3. I and another AMEN member try to take over a gang in riverside. I plan to use them to bring down some other gangs and lower crime in riverside. I would request to lower any actions to catch them for now. If they get out I will prepare a trap so you could jail them."

He waits some moments to give her time, imagine she writes it down.

"Thats all any questions?"

Sounds just fine. Kaesar says, nodding. He certainly has enough practice protecting people. His job often boiled down to paranoid people asking for wards against all sorts of improbable things, much to his annoyance. Hopefully, this time the person he's guarding won't be completely incompetent, or at least not terrified of death by cat allergies.

"Alright." She says before scrawling down a number on a notepad. "Call this. Tell the person on the other line that Remnant is sending you to be part of a protective bodyguard during his stay in Red Zone."

Gate 2.0

The guards look at each other for a couple seconds, a bit stunned. First there was the flowers, and then a person showing up wishing Vasquez well? The woman mumbles something about a Bizzaro World, and the man speaks up. "We'll be sure to pass the message to her. Any place you want to meet her?" She wouldn't be going there alone of course, just in case of a trap, but Vasquez wouldn't be told that.

The woman listens for a bit. "Well, do you mind going into a bit more detail about the artifact and the person you named as Cyrus?"

"Trog's will do. Thank you for your help. And I do understand the importance of your job, and appreciate your caution." Gus says, and gives a courtly bow, borrowed from Jake, before turning to walk away.

Will do. Kaesar says, taking the number. Is there anything important I should know about this person, or can he be trusted to explain all the relevant details?

The pair of guards watch the man leave before changing guard with another pair, and one of them races towards Vasquez's Place at a leisurely walk. Anna however, shakes her head. "Nothing really important, and you can trust him to explain everything you need to know." She tells him, able to keep a straight face.

Kay. See ya again when this guy's finished with whatever business he has in the red zone. Kaesar grins, and sets off to find a pay phone.

Zefir gives a descend description of Cryus and a few of his abilities like using a different kind of Magic, using a crossbow etc.

"As I said this guy is a mess he tells things and does the exact opposit. Just be carefull if you deal with him.
For the Raid I have no information other than it's saved by some orc's ad the artifact is a gemstone. That's all."
