((And that's the first time I've ever heard it described as cruel to make non-sapient machines. I guess we're all monsters then. *continues typing away on my non-self-aware laptop*))

Anyone in the mess hall will probably find Amil pouring over the massive book. She has no crazy super-human intelligence or reading powers so there's no way she's going to be able to memorize this whole thing in one day.
