No, the Dutch meetups (as well as the UK ones), as far as I've been able to tell, are recurring. They are not regular. You guys don't know the date of the next one until after the current one has passed and then a new date is discussed. I can tell you when the JC meetup will be this year and every year in perpetuity so long as it continues to happen. It will always be on the last full weekend of June. I don't have to discuss with the attendees for the most convenient date. It will happen when it will happen and people who came and had a good time will now know what date they have to plan for next year if they want to come again. Regular.

To Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington or West Virginia! I would assume they use the law of the relevant area, so...
EDIT: Most states use 16, but there's a significant chunk that have 17 or 18 as their AoC. The AoC in California is 18, for example.
