"Definitely could have been better." Kirk watches Gel leave before returning his attention to Tina. "She seemed nice enough." It's hard to judge the sincerity of that statement. His voice is carefully neutral.

[Murkus]

Stadtgradt - Club Mirror

"Did you not like her? You seemed sorta... cold, there, for a minute." Tina says seriously, studying Kirk's expression.

[Gullara]

[Stadtgradt - Club Mirror]

"She rubbed me the wrong way there I suppose." His expression is kept completely blank. "But that's alright. I won't hold it against her." He smiles slightly then, to reassure her that it's fine.

[Murkus]

Stadtgradt - Club Mirror

"Arright." Tina says, still quirking a brow. Then she glances around. "So... what now? All we did was get high. Wanna dance, or didja wanna get out've here?"

[Gullara]

[Stadtgradt - Club Mirror]

"Dancing sounds great." The drow surveys the dance floor. It's been a while since he 's danced like anything I would imagine they're dancing like. He gestures, smirking. "Shall we?"

[Murkus]

Stadtgradt - Club Mirror

"We shall." Tina grabs his arm and pulls him toward the more active area of the first floor. Likely plenty of dirty dancing going on, which at this point shouldn't be much of a surprise. Tina likely takes a break or two to grab them some drinks, or chat with folks and drag Kirk along, but otherwise it probably goes on a while.

Fettina finds out that Kirk is a very agile dancer. He's quite good at most forms of dancing, and it doesn't take him long to get back into this. Any pauses for drinks are welcomed and he doesn't mind being dragged along for chatting.

Hours later, Tina likely grinds to a halt. A worn smile on her face. To get away from the noise, she probably takes Kirk and heads toward the bar a little.

"Think I'm gonna go deaf if we stay any longer," She says.

Kirk laughs, his good mood having returned over the course of the last few hours. "You want to get out of here?" He pretty buzzed still, having kept up with drinking. He never had so much that he's really drunk though.

[Murkus]

Stadtgradt - Club Mirror

"Yeah. Gettin' too old for this." Tina says with a little chuckle herself. She goes to wrap an arm around Kirk's waist and heads for the door. "Where'd you wanna stay tonight?"

Kirk puts his arm around her shoulders as they head out. "Not really sure. Do you still have a place here or should we get a hotel? I'm fine either way."

[Murkus]

Stadtgradt - Club Mirror

"I've got a hotel room reserved, actually. Got it when I came by here for some augs." Tina says as they step back out. The rain's died out to a drizzle, the sky becoming even darker than usual but the 'streets' of Stradtgradt becoming no less bright. The limo is waiting for them, pulling up to the platform almost as if Tina brought it there with a thought. Presumably they step inside. "So you liked the Jump, I noticed."

Kirk chuckles. "I did. That Pelli has a good supply even if I don't exactly like his character." The drow slings his arm around her shoulder again.

[Stadtgradt - Club Mirror] --> [In Transit]

"He can be a jerk sometimes, yeah, but Pelli knows his stuff." Tina says, seemingly happy that Kirk enjoyed her planet's fare. The platinum girl leans against Kirk, looking energetic despite the hours they spent at the club.

She seems to think of something, at one point, and her expression falters. When she was talking about love, back in the club, before the Jump wore off.

Finally, if Kirk pays that much attention, he might note another car following them at a distance in the rear window.

Kirk, thankfully, is more attentive than he had been earlier. That old drow paranoia kicking in. He glances back out the window a few times, noting that the same vehicle always seems to be there.

"Tina. I think someone might be following us." He gestures toward the back window.

[Murkus]

In Transit

"Seriously?" Tina turns, eyes wide, and looks at the car a ways behind them. Probably in the midst of other floating vehicles.

"Where?" She grins at Kirk. "Oh, you're just messin' with me. Who would follow us, anyway?"

[Gullara]

Kirk's expression is very serious, not at all joking. "No, someone is definitely following us." He points, trying his best to line it up with her vision. "It's the [colour of car] one back there."

[Murkus]

The car's orange!

"Really? How long've they been back there?" Tina says. It's probably been the whole ride, if Kirk's been watching that long. "What should we do?"

[Gullara]

"I'm not sure. A while now. Probably since we left the club." Kirk pats his jacket, feeling to be sure all his knives are in place. "I say we just keep going like normal. Deal with it when the time comes."

[Murkus]

Hotel

"Um. Alright." Tina seems nervous now. She looks between Kirk and the car anxiously, up until the limo grinds to a halt. "C'mon, let's go." She hurriedly opens the door and steps back out into the piddly rain. She stands upon a smaller platform than before, albeit one that leads onto a 'roof'. Of course, this roof is merely a part of the larger metal canyon that stretches behind, above, and beyond it.

There's an empty pool, on the roof, and staircase leading downward.

Kirk moves along with her, glancing backward with every other step. He keeps an arm around Tina and the other ready to arm himself at any second.

Presumably they head toward the staircase, unless something interferes.

[Murkus]

They likely make it inside without any trouble, but Kirk might notice the car circling around the building before they descend. Tina seems sorta scared, and she habitually moves close to Kirk.

"What do you think they want?" Tina asks as they find their way out of the stairwell and into a long, well-lit hallway. It's chrome and steel, nothing fancy or decorative, with LED lights overhead. Once they reach her room, Tina retrieves a small card from her purse and inserts it in a panel beside the door. It slides aside, leaving them to look around at a spacious little room with TV set in the far wall. It's not very furnished, and seems to have a minimalist number of rooms.

Kirk gives the room a quick look before turning to make sure the door is firmly locked and closed. He then goes immediately over to the window to see if it could be used as a means of escape.

"I don't know, but I don't expect it to be anything good. Do you have any weapons on you? Like that gun you had?" He's referring of course to the gun she pointed at him in the Black Dragon's Den way back when.

The door is firmly shut, and the lock is engaged on the wall panel. The window lacks curtains, being merely a large glass square taking up one part of the room, and it seems to be firmly set in place. He could smash it, but beyond is merely a small outcropping and a drop into the metal canyon.

"Y-yeah. But it's old, and I only have flare rounds, and I can't really shoot all that well..." Tina's a little more freaked out, given how seriously Kirk's treating this. It's a good thing, but not so much for her nerve.

Kirk's not really happy about the window. An easy exit out the back would have been nice.

He goes over to Tina then and reaches into his jacket. When he removes his hand it's holding a tommy gun. Dang dimensional storage. "Alright, just stay back then." He pulls out one of his fine, steel throwing knives and offers it to her. "Hold onto this at least."

Hotel

"Where did you--" Tina points at the tommy confusedly, before a knife is suddenly put in her hands. "Uh, okay. So... what do we do now?"

[Gullara]

[Hotel]

"Same way I get my sax. Extradimensional storage pocket. " He says.

The drow goes over to the door and presses his ear against it without answering her question. He's listening for any sign of their pursuers.
