Valaira is a deep sleeper.

When Zero attempts to rouse her, she attempts to bat away his hand and rest her head on his warm feet, mumbling something about five more minutes.

It looks like you fell off your bed.

Valaira's eyes flutter open. She peers at Zero for a moment before her eyes flash with recognition.

"Oh, hi Zero!"

It is about this time that she realizes that she is essentially cuddling his feet.

She is noticeably flustered by this development. She meekly glances up at Zero's face and attempts to apologize,

"I...err..."

"Sorry. You are just so warm and the bed is so cold and..."

Valaira searches for another motive for her actions,

"Very, very warm, you are."

Valaira ponders for a moment before asking yet another question.

"Well, what do we do now?"

She really isn't sure about what should be done. They are both awake now, after all. She feels rested, to a point.

It might be morning right now. Valaira's not quite sure at this point. She has no time reference as is.

Dr Burnett adds 'Depression?' to her notes, and starts asking a series of questions to try and diagnose if he has Major Depression, Minor Depression, Bipolar, Anxiety, or any other form of Mood Disorder. (I'll let you pick here. Diagnosing these is actually fairly straightforward, if Kirk answers the questions truthfully, so Dr Burnett should actually be able to diagnose these accurately.)

After these questions, she'll start to ask Kirk about alcohol, drug, and magic use.

There's a young boy looking up at Doctor Burnette, probably around ten or eleven years old. He has brown hair, freckles, and wears a white cotton shirt along with pants that are by all rights too big for him. But his most eye-catching feature is his deep red eyes - like the color of blood.

"Someone told me you help with head problems." he looks fairly nervous, like he doesn't know if he should be doing this

Valaira beams, truly contented with the way everything has seemed to work itself out.

She is quite easy to please.

Zero stands up and then will offer Valaria his hand to help her stand up.

I'm pretty sure they have food in the main cabin.

Valaira takes Zero's hand in her's and hauls herself to her feet.

She continues to smile at him,

"I don't know where anything is 'round these parts. You'll have to show me where this Main Cabin is."

She still hasn't released his hand. Her hands are soft, dainty, warm, and small.

Valaira proceeds to attempt to softly squeeze Zero's hand. It should only last for a moment, and it is a delicate gesture signifying the bond developing between Zero and Valaira.

Zero will smile before he opens the door and begins to walk towards the Main Cabin.

I'm pretty sure it's this way.

His hand is thin and occasionally tiny little blue sparks will appear around his hand and then disappear again.

Dr Burnett will likely discover that Kirk has no significant mood disorder. He's just being angsty, which I will likely be leaning away from anyway. So yay.

When she comes to asking about substance abuse, he reluctantly confesses. Alcohol and a cocktail of miscellaneous drugs. Frequently too. He's probably got some on his person right now, though he doesn't mention that.

"Yes, I do," she says. "Do you want to come in?" If he does, he'll see the two comfy chairs, two normal chairs, and the stereotypical therapist couch.

She takes note of the tiny blue sparks appearing around his hand, but she doesn't say anything about them as of yet.

"So, Zero, how does a nice guy like you end up here?"

"Not particularly. Drugs are really easy to get in the Nexus if you can pay for it. Ridiculously so. And I don't have many troubles while using. Nothing too significant." Kirk says.

Valaira's tone implies that she is actually rather glad that Zero harmed his cruel creators.

Nobody will hurt her Zero and get away with it.
