I say that we search to find anything useful around here, and then clear the rest of the mines. Especially the tomb could provide some clues to shed light on what's going on.

I've had good luck with rolls throughout this game. I even rolled a 20 once (but then, due to errors involving edits I had to reroll )

Also, you can't stay on D2, it's too small of a space to actually stay on. You can move through it, but not stand in that square.

Anyway. Elden, you suddenly recall and old epic tale. The tale is of a Lich that rose to power with an undead horde, during the early formation of the world. Although he was powerful, Champions of Pelor sought him out and defeated him. They could not find his philactery, however, so instead of destroying him they sealed him in his own crypt, which itself was deep within a mountain. Seers fortold that when next his crypt saw light, the Lich would awaken.

Anyway, you all enter the next area of the mine and see quite a sight. Infront of you are six skeletons. Four of them look worse for wear and crumbly, but two of them seem much more robust. Those two are not just regular skeletons either, instead having what appears to be meat on the inside of them, holding them together and allowing them to screech at you in an unearthly manor.

On the ground near the skeletons are two corpses, but Carric, you are able to tell that these are NOT, infact, dead bodies. They are Skinwalkers, skeletons that lay in wait to ambush people when fighting starts, using their old meaty bodies as shields.

Yes, things are definitely more convoluted than I imagined. Also, I'm afraid that more than just a gold mine and a sleepy arctic town may be at stakes here. We should proceede with haste...
