Boris studies Cornelia's expression. "It was only tough when we were actually on a mission. Otherwise, just patrols and the occasional repair. I would say farming is more difficult." He looks down at the filled tub. "You know, the water is going to cool down."

"So ye'd say I'm... tougher than you?" Cornelia asks teasingly after a moment. The gunslinger glances down and slips into the tub, letting herself sink before propping her arms on the rims of the basin. Her eyes fall closed, and a smile spreads on her face. "Ah... that's a blessin'..."

"Maybe," Boris jests, "just never in public." He kneels next to the tub, not actually getting in. "You do look very relaxed, I have to say."

Cornelia can't help but chuckle. The gunslinger opens her eyes after a moment, sitting up and setting her hands on one side of the tub. She looks at Boris directly, giving a small smirk. "Gonna get in, love? Or jus' look?"

Boris gives a smirk of his own. "Can I do both?" He stands and does indeed get into the tub, behind Cornelia. "That's nice."

Cornelia lays her back against him, if allowed. "I certainly won't mind." The gunfighter puts a hand on Boris' leg, just above the knee. "I'm gonna take you onna proper holiday, sometime. Won't have t'stop this n' go chasin monsters."

Boris is certainly not going to stop her. He tries to wrap his arms around her waist. "That sounds wonderful. I'd love to have time with just you, me, and no looming threats."

Cornelia doesn't stop him either, sighing dreamily and resting her head against Boris' shoulder. "Aye. Someplace romantic." The gunslinger grins. "Though I should hope we're the loomin' threat, round here. That thing's jus runnin."

Boris smiles again. If it knew it was being chased by us, it probably will be going very far." He decides that now is not the best of times for pessimmism. The sniper distractedly rubs Cornelia's sides with his forearm. "Where would you want to go? For a holiday?"

Cornelia wriggles comfortably in Boris' arms, turning her head to look at him. Her good eye flicks over his face, and her expression seems distracted. "Well... we could always visit my world. S'not all nice, tho." She thinks. "An' I'm sure there's some good places in the Nexus fer a little vacation."

"I think... there's one on Arkham Street maybe? That's a bad part of town. I don't like to go there." Lorraine says.

The two look at each other. The female takes the tickler (for that is what I am no calling it) and puts it in her coat.

"let's go!"

The two aliens step into the elevator, and wait for the wolf to follow.

The wolf-girl, since both parts of her are awake at the moment, is glad to follow. She stays close to Tom, the male, as he frightens her less than the manic female Jerry.

That largely sums the two up: The male is more personal, the female is more crazy.

The elevator will go down to the exit. The two aliens make a beeline for Inside, specifically Arkham street.

When do these two sleep?

Boris softly nuzzles Cornelia's neck, still rubbing her sides. "I'd like to see your world, I think. Can't be much worse than mine. But if you want to stay in the Nexus, I'd like that as well."

I feel something inside me change. And I have a feeling it would probably be my eyes. The iris reddening, while the whites darken in. Kinda goes with my Gambit-esque nature from earlier, so I was a little used to that by now.

Aeryn actually takes a step back...
"Dear? Your eyes are turning red..." she says, sounding worried.

"Mm..." Cornelia hums, tilting her head to better expose her neck. Her eyes fall shut, and that gentle smile hangs on her face. Her tone is quiet and happily distracted. "Whatever you want, Boris."

Boris kisses Cornelia's neck, keeping just about all of his attention on her. He soon stops, and it's somewhat sudden. "You know, I just realized something," he says. "I don't think I've told you my last name."

Cornelia's eyes pop open, and she blinks a couple times. "Aye. Yer right. S'weird, now that I think about it." Her good eye drifts to give Boris a sidelong glance. Her smile turns inquisitive. "So? What is it then?"

"It is Krestyanov." Boris looks a little sheepish. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner." He did have his reasons, but they didn't really excuse him.

[Murkus]

"Krestyanov." Cornelia repeats, letting it roll off her tongue. The gunslinger turns her head to look at Boris better. "Sorry? What for? I like it, but i's just somethin else t'call ya. Ye've told me lots about yerself, otherwise." Her arm drifts back and over her shoulder, trying to sift through Boris' hair.

Karaglen twitches slightly, having almost forgotten Wolfy was here.
Somewhere between the soothing light of the fire, the childish pull of her snake, the insidious pull of the sword, and the alluring call of drowsiness to her tired body, the little girl hadn't been paying all that much attention here.

She glances over at the sword and then back at the fire.
"Just want it close."
Which is largely true. There's always the temptation to hold it, but simply having it nearby seems sufficient, for now.

Wolfy's Realm

"You can sleep in the bed. If others come, they'll gain their own. Just remember to not stray in the Moor. I have...children there." He warns her. Something in his tone implies that it might not be his children in a literal sense.

Boris gives a small smile. "I just feel like it's something I should've told you earlier. No harm done, though, right?" His smile widens as Cornelia reaches back to him.

"Course not, Mister Krestyanov." Cornelia turns her head to kiss him on the cheek. Her hand drifts through his hair gently, and her own smile widens. "Does the name mean anything? In Russian?"

Boris thinks. Sometimes, translations were difficult for him, and it shows. "I think it means 'workers' or something like that."

"Mm. Suits." And, Cornelia can't help but think, it suits her. "Think I'd like t'learn this language of yers. Seems romantic."

"I've always thought so." Boris rests his chin on Cornelia's shoulder. "Well, I can teach you, but it will probably take a while. I know it took me years to learn English."

I close my eyes, willing them to change back. It feels like my eyes are closed for hours, though only minutes pass before I open my eyes, blue as usual.

"Aye, well, I can try anyways." Cornelia says, wondering why he's calling Common 'English'.

"So, one other thing... d'ye think yer friends at Watch will mind me stayin?" The gunslinger still seems a little nervous (eagerly so) about the idea.
