Boris lets Cornelia put her arms around him, and he leans in a little, still with that smirk of his. "I'm glad to know you want to see me having a heat stroke." It's a clear joke, of course.

"Well, watchin ya farm for me, mostly." Cornelia says, leaning in closely and looking him the eye. "I'm sure ye'd git used to it 'ventually. Maybe I can do some o' that soldierin you were talkin about. Git hypothermia, give a couple fingers for Russia, aye." She matches his joking smirk.

"I wouldn't say no. Not much fighting to do anymore, though, it could be very boring." Boris keeps looking into Cornelia's eyes.

"Borin? Me around? I'll see what I can do." Cornelia tries to give him a soft kiss.

Boris returns the kiss, and rubs her back a little. "Okay, so it wouldn't be boring with you. Just the opposite."

"Aye, see? More ladies around is always a good thing." Cornelia runs a hand through his hair, the other trailing down his back.

Boris smiles while reaching up to the back of Cornelia's neck. "I have never been one to contest that."

Cornelia leans her neck into his hand, tilting her head back and better exposing her relatively unscarred throat.

"No, ye haven't. Very respectable man, you are." Cornelia says, blinking slowly and widening her smirk suggestively. "At least, most o th'time..."

Boris leans in a little, trying to plant a kiss on Cornelia's throat. "Well, I would apologize for those other times, but I'd like think you enjoy them."

Cornelia breathes in a little sharply, glancing down at Boris when he leans in. Her hand slides down the sniper's neck. "I like to think that too, Mr. Krestyanov..."

"It would seem that both of our thoughts are correct, then." Boris continues to rub the back of Cornelia's neck, and moves to kiss her cheek.

She shivers and gives a small smile. Her expression turns a little cheeky. "Ye can stop bein respectable now, if ye don't mind..."

Grace's Apartment

Jezebel looks over the attire before taking some of the unused casual apparel. "Do you mind if I cut it just a bit to make it fit a bit more? I'll pay you back."

"Um, that's fine, I guess." Grace says, glancing at the particular pieces Jezebel chose. "It's not like I wear any of it. I don't really have a lot of occasion to dress in something other than my suit."

Boris smiles, baring the rest of his teeth a little. He doesn't say anything else, though, instead making an attempt to lead Cornelia to the bedroom. Assuming that's successful, he tries to pull the curtain.

And so the curtain falls again.

Afterward, once they've both had a moment's rest, the disheveled Cornelia gets up to pull on some pants. They're burning daylight here.

Boris gets up at about the same time Cornelia does, and quickly gets dressed. He does take some time to smile at her, though.

Cornelia smiles back while she buttons her shirt, expression warm and a little lascivious. Seems she's pretty happy with his performance. >>

Of course, the time for that's finally over, and the gunslinger likely turns a bit more serious once she starts wrapping her shawl. "Um, did ye wanna turn this place's heat n' stuff off before we leave?"

Boris loses his smile as he puts on his Spetsnaz jacket. He doesn't look unpleasant, though, just much more serious. "We probably should. If anything, it'd be saving the owner some money." He gets all of his weapons on, then opens the door.

Wolfy's Realm

"You can sleep in the bed. If others come, they'll gain their own. Just remember to not stray in the Moor. I have...children there." He warns her. Something in his tone implies that it might not be his children in a literal sense.

"Children...more werewolves?"
Karaglen figures jumping right on that is probably the best way to go.
Make sure things are clear here.

She glances over towards the bed and shuffles to her feet, rather slowly.
It looked rather inviting (more so than the ground, at least), so might as well drift in that direction, right?

Wolfy's Realm

Wolfy shakes his head, eyes still closed, from his seat. "No, not werewolves. They're...me. Or, more of the emotions and influences I store over the eons. They have their own forms here. And you can go ahead and sleep. I offered you a place to stay after all."

"Oh...seems kind of complicated."
Or maybe not really.
Karaglen's not entirely in a "think this out" sort of position, so just takes it at this simplish label.

Complicated.

"Sleep sounds good."
And clearly it does, because she slides a little further, flops onto the bed, and will very likely be out like a light, unless interrupted.
Although, she'll probably still pass out, just with more mumbling.

The Nest

Phil has arrived at the address Rael gave him, and takes in the view of the motel.

"Huh. Odd place for a wizard to work."

If it's day, then the same figure Phil saw on the screen will walk out flanked by two D'Lattu (grey skinned humans, with tails and four arms). He has some problems in his past, and he doesn't want them catching up to him here.

If it's not day, he'll still walk out like that, but his hood will be back, allowing Phil to see his face.

"It may be, but I need a lot of room to work. Besides, it gives me places to house the rest of my group."

The Nest

It is, in fact, night time. Phil took a while to find the place, the clutter from the recent goings-on in Inside has confused his satellites.
Phil looks the man over, his cybernetic eyes scanning him over and switching between different lenses and pupils rapidly to learn as much about him as possible.

"Makes sense. I can use a small bit of magic-well, I used to be able to-and I work in an old warehouse. I've got the 'blood' and the designs."

A basketball sized cyberpunk looking dirigible floats a few feet above the ground behind Phil, tugging a cart of very advanced containers.

Rael will relax slightly, but he's still clearly tense. The people back where he's from were not happy with him.

One of the D'Lattu, without any visible command, will try to move over and inspect the dirigible, and the containers.

(What kind of lenses and pupils is he using to examine him?)

The Nest

There is an infrared lense, an ultraviolet lens, one that sees polarization of light, one that uses magic to 'scan' a being, and one that uses weak electrolasers as a harmless x-ray.

The dirigible is rather adorable and beeps happily, moving to the side to allow the vials of 'blood' to be examined.

The infrared lens shows that he's at the temperature of the surrounding air, but the D'Lattu are at about 30 degrees above normal human body temperature.

The x-ray of Rael shows that his bones are thicker than normal, and reveals his claws. It will also reveal that his canines are longer and pointier than normal, if Phil is paying rather close attention to it.


I'm not sure exactly what the polarization of light one would do normally, unless he was glowing in a way that wasn't visible to a standard eye?

The magic one also needs some more description - what exactly does it scan for?

The D'lattu will smell each of the vials carefully.

The Nest

It looks for magic. Wards, spells, stuff like that.

But Phil doesn't need that now, he can guess what Rael is.

"A vampiric blood mage. Can't say I'm surprised, but that doesn't affect our deal at all."

The vials don't really have a smell. All the blood stink is stuck inside them.

In that case, it doesn't detect any wards, though it does see a tiny residual lingering from where he enhanced his speed, strength, and senses.

"Good. Now, we never did discuss what I was to be payed for making this army."

The D'lattu will try to cast a spell revealing the nature of spells, if any, cast on the vials.
