[Zefir]

Meanwhile, Eileen (who just happens to be here) undeadtimes, a chill running down her spine for some reason...

Shaking it off, she frowns. And orders a double Black Shadow.

She asked for it and will get it, but with an additional shadow called Fade who takes aseat next to her.

"Hello there. What brings you here?"

If she had met him befor she would notice he acts differently. Poor Fade trying things.

[Chaotic Bob]

An orange-robed mage scurries into the tavern, not particularly seeking to be involved in whatever happened outside a little while ago.
Big hole in the street. Funny hissing things inside.

He carries a black cat and drifts over to a side booth.
Plenty of space for his books and for Siris to munch on food.

Speaking of which, he should probably order that about nowish, so the cat doesn't wander off.

[Eadin]

A red haired woman enters the bar, making a face as she sees the clown.

Not a fan, apparently.

She'll go to the bar and order a Black Shadow.

[Earl of Purple]

The human male wearing red-and-black diamond-patterned one-piece costume turns to Bellan and bows elaborately, setting the bells on his long purple dreadlocks ringing. "My name, dear sir, is Billinillib; travelling harlequin and funny-man."

Siris sniffs the air and no Vysada, he huffs a little in irritation. When Kale chooses a seat, he hops up on the table so he can see everything in the Tavern. He sits on his haunches and starts washing the sand out of his black fur.

[Murkus]

The human male wearing red-and-black diamond-patterned one-piece costume turns to Bellan and bows elaborately, setting the bells on his long purple dreadlocks ringing. "My name, dear sir, is Billinillib; travelling harlequin and funny-man."

"I can see that. You are quite amusing, human." Bellan clicks, mandibles pulled up in a large, perhaps unsightly grin.

[Earl of Purple]

"Alas, there are many that would disagree with you there, Sir Bellan." The grin doesn't seem to faze Billinillib, and he ineptly conjures an uninflated balloon from up his sleeve. Billinillib starts to inflate it, slowly and ineffectively.

[Murkus]

"Oh? I had assumed your lack of experience was part of the act." Bellan says matter-of-factly, propping his arm on the bar.

[Earl of Purple]

"It is, but not through choice. My father taught me clowns are supposed to be funny and make the impossible look easy. My jokes are bad, my tricks clumsy and when I do pull one off I'm so surprised I drop something. By the way, knock knock." The balloon is fully inflated now; it's one of the long ones. Billinillib is trying to force it into the shape of a poodle, but it keeps on slipping out of shape again.

[Murkus]

"All improves with practice. Surely your father taught you that as well." Bellan clicks amiably again, looking at the failed balloon animal with some measure of amusement.

Then a knock-knock joke. The giant quirks a broad brow. "Excuse me?"

[Earl of Purple]

"Knock knock. It's a joke; I say 'knock knock' you say 'who's there' I give a name, you repeat the name adding 'who' and I reveal the punchline." Billinillib should have guessed that Bellan would be unfamiliar with knock knock jokes.

[Murkus]

"Ah." Bellan says, still a little confused. He asks tentatively, "Who's there?"

[Zefir]

Fade is still waiting for Bushranger, but I think he ignores him on prupose.


Andy enters the bar he looks around and spots Fade. He walks over and talks to him whispering. After a while Andy heads to another table and orders himself a dragons fire breath.

[Reinholdt]

BR tends to post everywhere and then forget where he's posted. Poke him via PM.

Butler enters and orders a Nuka-Cola!

@^ Yup. Trying to get more sleep so I don't continue suffering short-term memory loss though....

Eileen hasn't met Fade before!
And so the somewhat drunkard blonde warrior greets him with a nod...
"G'day. Getting drunk. You?" she replies simply.

[Zefir]

"Nothing since now I think. There wasn't anything to do ."

Fade sais in aboring sound.

"Why do you want to get drunk?" he wonders.

[The Bushranger]

Eileen shrugs in reply!
"It's what I do. Helps me forget some things, the stuff tastes good, and besides, why shouldn't I?"

Aside from the fact she hasn't been to HQ in awhile, anyway?

[Zefir]

"Well isn't it better to remember things so you are prepared to prevent it coming again? I don't want to stop you I just ask."

[The Bushranger]

"...some things are done and gone, and won't come back," Eileen says, her tone somehow both sorrowful and angry at the same time.

As she takes a gulp of Black Shadow!

And shudders from its chilling effects.

[Zefir]

No don't drink Fade Nooooo.. Oh the drink is called shadow...

"Well then if you forget them they are goen forever?"

Confused Fade asks.

[The Bushranger]

"Oh, I'll still remember. I just won't remember so long as I'm drunk."
And that makes perfect sense to Eileen.

[Earl of Purple]

"Boo." Billinillib was going originally for another one, but this is a nice, beginner's level knock knock joke, as opposed to the orange one.

[Reinholdt]

Fez-Hat Reinholdt arrives here and takes a seat, looking around the place.

[VampireRot]

A small elf, only a foot tall, decides to go greet Reinholdt and walks across the bar-top toward him. The little pointy-eared man is wearing tattered and bloodstained clothes that look like they were very fancy and expensive before some acid burns and blood stains, and his mouth and nose are covered by a black neckerchief. He seems fine, though, and his golden eyes glow warmly as he bows to FHR in greeting.

And says nothing. He does gesture invitingly toward a plate of chocolate chip cookies, though. They're fresh and delicious.

[Reinholdt]

"Oh hey. Thanks. Say, are you ok?" FHR will take a cookie and nom at it while looking at the clothes with a little concern.
"Delicious."

[VampireRot]

The little elf glances down at his clothes. Ah, he really is going to have to find a tiny tailor. Anyway, he nods his head and gives a thumbs up to show that he's fine. Still not talking.

[Reinholdt]

"Right... umm... you have a name?" FHR asks.

[VampireRot]

The elf ponders this question for a moment. Well, he does, but he can't say it. And he feels disinclined to writing it down. So...

He shakes his head. Nope!

It's rather easy to lie when you can't talk.

[Reinholdt]

"Oh. I see."
...
"Are you a mime?"

[VampireRot]

The elf blanches and widens his eyes in horror at the thought. He quickly and furiously shakes his head and waves his arms to definitely mean "no". He then points toward where his mouth would be under his neckerchief. He's not a mime by choice!
