Little Changelings (for NuWoD)

Simple question : Can Changelings have kids ? If they do are they fully human or changed someway by their parentage ? Does it make a difference if both the parents are Changelings or one is mortal ?

As I understand it, Changelings are slightly more fecund than Prometheans, which is to say, extremely not. A child is a once in a generation occurance in the world, and is almost certainly a Clarity hit because kids are WEIRD. And life-altering. Stability's a big thing for a Changeling, and it's hard to be stable when you have a little eating-crying-pooping machine wandering about.

As for its race, If I were to guess, it would be as base human, since they haven't been subjected to the soul tearing of the Hedge.
